American Income Life Insurance review: Regret taking out plan 4 years ago.

Got a call from a very rude salesman (Adam) last night. We bumped up our policy a year ago by $80 because we were sold on the numbers game and told that ultimately our family would get out what we paid in. We were also told that it would reach maturity 15 years after the policy began, the policy would remain in effect until our death with no further required payments. Adam said this wasn't true we'd have to pay for the policy until our deaths. We never received documents and we can't get ahold of customer service. We've invested thousands of $ that we will not get back if we cancel.
