Had appt at 9:40, all paperwork filled out but did not go back until 10:15. My daughter/grandson had appts after me but went back at 9:45 (they filled out paperwork online after me). The guy at front took my VA secondary which threw me behind.
Also, had to pay $35 even thought I wi owe nothing. I have BCBS and CHAMPVA. now I'll have to request a refund after both pay.
Staff is great, but policy and procedure is terrible. I will not be back.
