American Family Care review: Sign in and receptionist

I went to the Cummings Hwy AFC in Chattanooga on November 5, 2025 around 3:45. When checking in today, the receptionist grossly violated HIPAA procedures and rules by blurting out my personal information to the whole sitting area! It was obvious when she turned to the one sitting beside her and stated, “this has been a horrible day!” I’m not satisfied with this experience at all! When I walked in, one of the receptionists was arguing loudly on the phone, (about a trucking clients physical with the boys dad); (another HIPPA violation) so the whole waiting area could hear it!
