When trying to ask for someone I could understand, I was refused and told I could only speak to someone in India. They kept me on the phone over 30 minutes and had to use a Chat box, since nobody else would answer the phone I could understand. I also started to get loads of Spam calls from India, saying they were the Police at American Express, calling me over and over for the last several weeks, finally feel it was American Express sending my personal information overseas, it was never this bad before, I don’t want my personal information overseas. As a customer over 20 years, I had great service, however its slowly has gotten worse. Today was the last straw.

Recommendation: I’d not trust this company with your personal information anymore.
