We had an American Express card for 10-12 years for business. We used the card for company purchases which includes a vendor that I work for. I am the wife of the American Express card holder that owns the business which buys products from the company that I (the wife) works for. The flagged our purchases from this company for exactly a year - using terms as "collusion" referencing the fact that because I am the wife of the card holder - it seems as though we are doing something illegal. I work for a granite slab distributor - for 20 years I have been the office manager. My husband (the card hold) purchases granite slabs to make granite countertops for kitchens and baths in homes in a tri-state area. We can't make sense of this - and no one there will even listen to us. So they cancelled the card. Which was paid off every month. We are very confused?
Desired outcome: We just want our card back. It was a $25,000 - $50,000 monthly card. Not all purchases were at this location - they purchase granite from many other distributors.
