American Cash Awards review: Took me for 2649.00

I was called by Peter Wilmore on Saturday 09/23/21 and he informed me I won 3.5 million Dollars and a new Mercedes along with 25,000.00 dollars in cash. I was told I needed to send him a cash card for 399 dollars. I got the cash card after being told it was necessary to pay the state of Florida for the registration. Against my better judgement I gave him the number on the back of the card. After getting home he texted me that because of new Florida laws I needed to send another 250 dollars for the 25000 dollars and being gullible I got another cash card for 250 dollars and repeated the process. He said that because I argued with him for so long it would be Monday before he could have the car delivered. On Monday 09/25/21 he informed me I would have to send him 2000 dollars for the state of Florida to register the winnings. When I told him I didn’t have that kind of money he asked if I had a credit card and I informed Him it was almost maxed out and he replied that he would pay off the balance if he could get the money from a cash advance. I told him that I could arrange that so he paid my balance to zero. Impressed by this I arranged to get the money from my wife after the credit card company said my available credit wouldn’t be available until Friday 09/29/21 he wasn’t happy at all about that and was there anything I could do to get the money elsewhere. Well I got it from my wife and bought 4 cash card 500 dollars each. Before I even got home he called and said that I needed 1000 dollars more. I refused and said not another penny until he met with me. He reused and harassed me for 2 days for the thousand dollars for the delivery of the car. I asked him why he couldn’t give me the money I won and it would be no problem After a song and dance he said I couldn’t get anything until I paid the thousand. I told him nothing was going to happen until we met face to face. He refused and said he was in charge of this and we would play by his rules. I told him to go away and leave me alone. I am waiting to see if the 2300 dollar credit card payment gets canceled but I have lost not much but I am angry and still upset because he is rude and obnoxious if you call him out
