American Cash Awards review: Michael Anderson claiming I had won $1.2 million dollars tax free

I was called today from a Michael Anderson phone number 440-655-7246 claiming I had won $1.2 million dollars tax free. I told him I was leery of getting a call from someone online and that I wouldn't pay any fees as I understand that could lead to be fraudulent.. He assured me telling me this was 100% legitiment. He also saig his badge number was 9004 and the prize number package code was 4619824417. HE explained this was a result of my having paid my mortgage and utility bills on time and was being awarded this as second place. Since he explained this was tax free, I asked him the amount that the full amount was as they would have to pay taxes and he said 1.4 million. This didn't seem right as the total figure was in my opinion too low. He wanted me to get a card for $170 to pay registration fees and that I wouldn't even be giving the card to them until they gave me a cashiers check in person. I checked the company name online and saw BBB said this was not accredited and all I found were complaints. When I stated this, he said the internet has many false stories. I told him I had trouble believing this was true. He got frustrated and told me that I was missing out of a real prize. I told him I didn't believe him and he hung up.
