Had my Challenger towed to Lee Auto, Westbrook, ME on April 9, 2025; which I paid for in Cash. Made Several calls to speak to Adjuster Jospeh Gattin. Can never get his direct email address. Asked to be put through to his extension. Was always told they'd send him a message. Submitted the slip Numerous times to be reimbursed. Always got the run a round & the same old "someone will be in contact in 48 hours". I Paid for transmission work to be done so that I could actually have my car back before end of JUNE.

Claimed loss: $7400

Desired outcome: I expect to be reimbursed for the allowable tow charge as well as the transmission work that I ended up paying out of pocket for.

Can never get the "Adjuster's" email or direct phone number. If you do manage to get an extension, the receptionist will Never put you through to the Adjuster. Their claim that someone will contact you within 48 hours is a complete LIE! You will never hear back from them. They will keep telling you that they don't have what you've uploaded several times, even though on your end it shows it was uploaded and sent.
