Amazon amazon delivery

After much consideration, & with regret, I feel I must stop making amazon purchases, other than ebooks, because of the too frequent unsatisfactory deliveries.

I again today arrived home to find an item left during my absence: email says, BEHIND brown bin, but the photo on the email & card clearly show/state, INDSIDE the brown bin.
Behind would be satisfactory, or better still behind the waterbut which is beside the door, & anything behind it would only be visible from my door. Until recently behind the water but was the selected place to leave a parcel, & it was perfectly satisfactory.
The bins are far too deep for me to reach into, so the only way of retrieving the parcel is to tip the bin contents onto the drive & then pick it all up & put back in the bin.
2 Christmas presents were left INSIDE the blue recycling bin, before I arrived home, but after the bin had been emptied. Despite the fact that I complained about this & asked for replacements, I didn't even get a reply, let alone replacement items.

I note that you suggest I put a notice on my door for the delivery man to say where to leave it: surely this is indicating to anyone passing that there is likely to be a package there to be stolen !

I realise that there are lockers in which the parcel could be left, or Hubs from which it could be collected, but the convenience for an elderly lady like me, is the home delivery: if only the delivery man used a modicum of commonsense! I would rather pay a delivery charge than have to empty the contents of a bin only my drive at intervals: no mean feat for an elderly lady of small stature!

Amazon amazon logistics

For the second time, Amazon Logistics delivered a package to the wrong address. What makes this worse is that this package was a replacement order for the first package that was delivered to the wrong address. To pile further onto that, looking at the delivery photos shows that for both packages the driver took them to the same wrong address. If drivers cannot be bothered to enter addresses correctly, or even check that they have arrived to the correct address before dropping a package off, then maybe consider removing them from a particular route.

Amazon charge to my debit card

There is an additional charge to my debit card which I know nothing about for $13.77. Can you tell me what that is? I did not purchase anything for that amount nor did I authorize amazon to withdraw it from my account. Please resolve this issue and let me know what this is all about. It is a small issue, however I am trying to use 350 letters so you will take a look at this

Amazon charge on my bank account

on 1/28/20 I was charged 14.00 which I am not aware of. I am not a member. here are numbers that appear with the charge:[protected]. I was chatting with someone from Amazon, but I got cut off. I watch my account very closely as I am on Social Security and every penny counts. I do hope you can help by letting me know what this charge was for. Thank you for your assistance. Genie speidel. It keeps sending me to set up an account. I am not looking to establish an account. Can I get some help?

Amazon service

Hi. i will start of with i have bought a load of stuff from amazon over the year, Now i dont return much becuase i am always happy with the products, but the first time i did it was grand because i got my refund the same day, but the last time 2 weeks ago i returend 4 items at once becuase they i was told it would not fit or it wouldnt be good for my product.

So i went on a few days later to get my refund as i wanted to oder something straight away so i was told to wait a few days and i got it, now they could not refund me the last item so i had wait 10 days for that item and then he had the cheek to ask me did i actually send it as i told them to send it into my amazon account but they sent it to my bank instead witch i dont have the card as its in spain with my partner so i cant spend the money due to there error.

I have a friend who bought 2 watches that was defective and he asked the same day for a refund witch i know he shouldnt have but after an hour and half on the live chat trying to get it he was issued with his refund plus they gave him £50 extra for what ever reason they did.

So my problem is that how come i had to wait for my refund, how come i had to wait then 10 days from the other refund and i wasnt sent to where i requested it to be and this other lad gets his refund the same day and gets £50 extra

Its clear to me that the rules and no always used and there didnt for didnt people witch is wrong and im highly disppointed and no happy with the proformance as of late

Amazon costs

My husband and I are authors. Between us we've written 15 books, 13 through Amazon and 2 by Lulu. Not only are the costs of authors copies considerably higher. For example with amazon our authors copies run around $3.00 per, Lulu charges over $5.00? Second complaint is Lulu profits again with absorbent shipping costs. We ordered 30 books through amazon for $18 shipping whereas through Lulu we only ordered 18 books and were charged $28.00 for shipping and then you tax after shipping is added? Amazon package sent to wrong address

On Friday, January 24, 2020 at about 1245 pm, a woman in my neighborhood who was not an Amazon employee rang my doorbell and stated that package addressed to me with my correct address was instead delivered to her.

This package was a metal replacement tray for dog crate (35 1/2 by 23 1/4) was quite heavy and this lady drove in red SUV and carried this heavy item a flight of stairs by herself to correct the irresponsible delivery by your
company.

I would like Amazon to check out who was the driver that made deliveries
in Rosemawr section of Clifton NJ on that date and possible time? No one should assume that a person in the Clifton community should take upon themselves to correct Amazon driver's carelessness in delivering a heavy package to the buyer's correct address. What if this important package
was discarded by that person instead?

I now have anxiety about on line deliveries by Amazon because of their
employee's carelessness and irresponsibility. Some form of company credit should be forthcoming by Amazon to me because of this specific careless mishap by one of your company's drivers.

Amazon my account has been hacked three times since 23rd december.

I have an amazon.co.uk account which I use regularly, I do not use Amazon.com.
23rd December 2019 received an email from amazon.com to say someone had tried to hack my account and to not worry as any monies taken will be refunded. luckily they/me caught it in time and I removed my bank details. There were 2 more attempts after and the 3rd attempt the hackers managed to order and get the items. Amazon allowed the order to go ahead despite emailing me to say what was happening. Amazon also allowed the money to be taken from my ban account without my consent.
I made a complain last Wednesday 15th Jan to Mark D, Escalation supervisor who logged all the details and said he would forward onto the relevant team and I would hear someonthig back between 1-2 days.
Its now been oveer a week and heard nothing back. I have tried to contact Mark this morning to be told that they cannot do that and could they help? I informed them of the situation and they wanted me to go through it all again and said I would have to re enter my bank details so they could resolve. I asked why when the previos advisor had told me to remove? they went away and cut me off...
Im upset, frustrated that a company like Amazon.com cannot resolve this issue and why I the customer who has already had to make changes with my bank details because of what they let occur still left in the dark

Amazon shipping

It's great that Prime shipping is free. However, it would be a great help to those of us that cannot receive packages at our homes from USPS if you could simply state the package is being sent by service as lame as surepost or any other service that leads one to believe the package is coming by a carrier that will deliver to the physical address and not a mail box miles away or not at all and I have to drive 19 miles to the post office to pick it up. That type of service is great in the city where house are 2 feet from one another, not so great in rural areas. So have the shippers note that package is going to be delivered by USPS ultimately and offer a real ground service to the front door. Yes, I know it will cost, but less than the cost of gas to go 38 miles round trip to pick up a package that started out as UPS, Fedex, DHL or ONtrac but winds up being the USPS final carrier...which doesn't deliver all the time to the house, but to cluster mail boxes that don't have big enough lockers to hold most items.

Amazon returning a holiday gift

I received several Christmas gifts from family that were purchased from Amazon. Not one of the gifts had an order number on the mailing label making the return process aggravating and nearly impossible (the gift return process begins with the order number). Following dozens and dozens of calls, chats and emails to return three of the gifts I finally received, after a month of stressful attempts, a credit for two of the gifts with one still not credited. I have offered the tracking number for all of the boxes that were mailed, a rep. was able to locate the original order and yet the third item has still not been credited despite receiving emails from customer service specifying in detail each of the items with a promise that the returns will be processed within 7 days of receipt. It is obvious that the process has been intentionally made so difficult to dissuade people from making gift returns.

Amazon card services

Amazon has absolutely the WORST customer service anywhere on the internet.

I keep getting past due emails from Synchrony Bank on my Amazon Prime Card. When I open the email, I am asked to LOG IN AND PAY NOW. When I do, I am sent to a page with my OLD deleted card, which has a zero balance.

I have called both Amazon and Synchrony customer service numerous times over several months trying to get this issue resolved, but I eventually get hung up on every time.

I am getting no cooperation from either Amazon or Synchrony.

Because of this problem, my credit score has dropped.

This is not my fault.

This has gotten bad enough that it has caused damages to my credit. Lawyers love to hear the word 'damages' and I won't hesitate to consult one if this isn't solved immediately.

Amazon the book "if you give a pig the white house" by faye kanouse.

I wanted to register a complaint about Amazon carrying this book for sale. It is wholly disgusting for what I believed was a reputable company like Amazon to carry something like this for sale. It may be listed as a "parody for adults", but it only goes to show that liberals and other enemies of the President of the United States are allow to sink to reprehensible lows without any hindrance. Can Amazon imagine if such a book were published parodying Barack Obama? Amazon, Inc. would likely pull the book immediately and apologize to everyone in the process. I am deeply disappointed in this company and up to now have been a loyal customer. Anyone who attains such high public office must be prepared for criticism, that is to be expected. However, there should be limits on what is acceptable when publication like this one seeks to do nothing more than viciously attack the duly elected President of these United States. Please reconsider stocking this book.

Amazon the overall experience

Ordered an item on Friday
Was informed on Saturday that it might be late through their tracking system but I would get it Saturday or Sunday
Sunday morning the date changed to Tuesday
When called I was told:
1) it was lost but now found and would be there Sunday
2)When I asked why it now showed UPS as the shipper I was called a liar by Amazon and told I must not know how to read
3)I was then told later it was on the way and would be here by 6. then 7, then 9
4)When it never arrived i was then told that sometimes their drivers scan it delivered when it is not, so wait till Thursday.
5)it was also suggested I look in the bushes as they sometimes throw packages in the bushes
6) Any and all requests for supervisors were met with a a chuckle and being told they refuse to

I sit here 3 days after when it was ordered with next day shipping and I have no package !

Amazon jay boyer webinars

Stay away from this individual Jay Boyer, who runs a bunch of webinars supposedly teaching people how to make money online in order for him to make money online.

Jay Boyer is the pure example of shady, spammy, and scammy internet marketers these days who will spam you with countless email promotions on a daily basis that is going to show you how to make money, however, ironically he never he goes through these courses, programs, and training himself because he obviously is always sending these offers instead of implementing what they teach, making him a hypocrite. Jay Boyer is somebody who advocates and promotes these courses that he doesn't even go through himself as his own experimentation to the merit of what he is promoting, all in the sake of selling his souls for an affiliate commission, through his spammy emails and useless Jay Boyer's Webinars where he only just does the introduction and let the other person do all the talking. He is no expert, just a snake oil salesman - a true charlatan.

Jay Boyer always talking about "self-publishing this, self-publishing that" with his clickbait emails as the main thing he talks about, on top of more irrelevant clickbbait email headline followed by a "?" to save face if you don't get the success being marketed. His spammy emails are non-stop, even after you opted out, he still spams you inbox.

Jay Boyer is as shady and scammy as they come. Let's be honest, if you're that successful, why give away all your secrets and creating more competitions for yourself as all these online marketers have done, and now people are becoming obvious to them. The answer is for him to make money off of your desire to be rich or fear of not being poor; there is always something to sell at the end of the rainbow after all of these talk about a better life waiting ahead of you.

Stop these spammy saturated internet marketers, who run something akin to a modern Ponzi Scheme by teaching you how to make money by teaching other people how to make money even if you have never made any. These practices need to stop for innocent people are falling victims and being taken advantage of due to this.

Amazon double charging me for prime membership.

I have prime membership. I am being charged $12.99 on my credit card on the 8th and 12th each month. I am also being charged $12.99 on my debit card on 8th or 9th each. I need this matter resolved. I cannot afford prime at this price! Thank you

I just spent about 3 hours on the phone with a nasty customer service person in the philippines.. (where they pay people [censored] pay, so as long as amazon pays zero zero zero taxes..in america... So that america is a 3rd world country with no free education like germany like no free medical like germany and no free child care.. But 77 billionaires in new york city pay no tax... And yet 99% live like [censored] in this [censored] hole of american profit making greed.

So for 3 hours.
The guy is telling me that in order to see ray donavan... With my amazon app which I pay 8.99 a month to see tv shows... Nope I can't see ray donavan unles I buy a subscription... So I get a free subscription that took 3 hours to deal with on my 2012 ipad... And this guy is convincing me over an dover that this is the way to do it.

I do this for 3 hours... He is super nasty and impatient... And the microphones are [censored]... And his voice is garbled and muffled..

And lo and behold after 3 hours I go to ray donavan and yet again.. I cannot watch it.

I call up again
I wait again half hour to speak to someone

The fact is this: incompentne slave labor in other countries.. Where they are so grateful to have a job.

Amazon officially licensed men's bad mother wallet bi-fold embroidered brown genuine leather by miramax

Ordered several of these for myself and others from their website bmfwallets.com, advertised as genuine leather", they are "imitation" leather. Saw that they were on your site, I would advise not to have them on Amazon, they false advertise. I placed the orders before I received mine, I tried contacting them after receiving them and so far have received no reply. I am quite disappointed with it, even though it wasn't ordered through the Amazon site, they do advertise on Amazon and they are not reputable. They should at least be honest about what material the wallets are made from.

Amazon kanechom ultimate aloe vera (cachos disciplinados babosa)

I have been trying to contact Amazon and the third party seller (Flexi Ventures) for many days and no response to my problem! I purchased a product for my hair called Kanechom Ultimate Aloe Vera Moisturizing and Conditioning Hair Treatment (Kanecom Cachos Disciplinados Babosa) on 12/11/2019 from a third party seller named FLEXI VENTURES and it differs from the actual one from the official website (https://kanechom.com/produto/mascara-condicionante-cacho-disciplinados-1000g).

Upon using the product, I started to feel a burning sensation on my scalp and stopped using the product immediately but unfortunately after a few days the burning became more severe and painful.

I contacted the manufacturer (Brazil) through the official website (www.kanechom.com). They told me they don't recognize this product packaging purchased from this third party seller in Amazon. I found this situation very strange and noticed the manufacturer information on the product packaging is from the United States.

I called the number provided on the product packaging and someone answered by speaking an Arabic language. I called the trademark office and they said that this third party seller named is the owner of the Kanechom brand which makes my situation more confusing.

Also, I found that 3 of the ingredients stated in this product packaging are prohibited by the FDA!

(Bithionol, Chloroform, Hexachlorophene).

The Amazon brand is on the label of this product too and won't take responsibility for this. I am going through too much stress and anxiety because no one seems to care!
