My daughters car was parked legally in a parking garage at inova medical bldg in northern virginia. A man had a diabetic seizure, hit her car which resulted in it being a total wreck. The gentleman's insurance carrier, allstate insurance, has denied the claim to pay for her car.
My daughter works at Fairfax Hospital and was legally parked in deck. A gentleman with Allstate Ins had a diabetic seizure, hit and totaled her car. Allstate has denied the claim for her car stating it was a medical emergency which he had no control over.

I’ll never get a quote from Allstate beacause only an imbecile company would even produce these
Along with the fact that the company itself has piss poor ratings and so many complaints and bad reviews
Demeaning and despised
Never received cancelation notice for my house insurance. Them sent me a copy of letter sent to the mortgage company not me. End up costing me double with my mortgage because I wasn't notified. Now switched auto telling me I owe them 480 dollar for ten days. Allstate sucks by switching I saved over 400 dollars a month. Over priced allstate wow

Auto - $458.56 per 6 months
House Ins:$395.58 per year
Wind Ins:$1192.00 per year
Just saw my deductions:
Wind Ins: $1344.00
Called and complained and my Agent Sheila Blackstone said, oh they raised their prices, sorry nothing I can do about it. Isn't that considered bait and switch? I was quoted $152.00 less.
