I purchased online for 164.00. 1st change 205.00 2nd change 285.00. No claims, No accidents, No citations. I’m Elderly and Disabled. Service as Police Officer and this is the company cares about PROFITS rather than protecting customers. Account put on auto- payment without my permission. Threats of cancellation. Allstate Rep stated since my payment did not go thru, I don’t even know when they tried. My deposit at anytime at night not during business hours. Rep told me that it’s not Allstate but the bank. Really! It’s Allstate which it the worst. And the system they use to run credit without permission, put on your file non payment and double your premium. So if you go to another company it’s like a gossip column. Beware of this company who sucks the life out of Customers.

Recommendation: BEWARE OF PRACTICE OF THIS COMPANY. RECORD YOUR CONVERSATIONS.
