On Jan. 1st, 2026 from Fl. to N.C. My husband, son, and myself. Flight half full, son asks if they had charging stations and could he move up a seat since the plane was half full. 4 Attendants, one attendant (Pretty sure a Transgender), singled us out. They raised their voice gruffly to answer questions. Then decided to eject us from the plane. I sent to DOT and Allegiant, to only let us know they were not going to compensate us for any damages. If we had done something wrong, I would understand. They are guilty and will not follow up on any type problems. Find another airline.

Claimed loss: Loss of money, rental, car Etcetera, flight cost with no return trip, punitive damages.

Desired outcome: All punitive damages, apology, follow up with the attendant that caused this entire situation. Need refunded for all damages and flight cost.
