Dear AliExpress Support Team,

I am writing to address a concerning matter regarding an order (Order ID: [protected]).

I have received a notification that my refund request under "Final Solution No Refund" was denied due to insufficient proof. This decision has left me deeply disappointed and frustrated.

I kindly request clarification on the evidence required to prove delivery. Additionally, could you please provide me with the carrier company's name and tracking number associated with the supposedly delivered items? I have not received the package and find it perplexing that the status was updated to "delivered" despite this.

To resolve this matter swiftly, I ask for the following:

1-Reevaluation of my refund request.

2-Provision of accurate shipping company details and tracking numbers for the items.

3-Prove that you delivered the items.
