They don't answer
This was my first order from them. I believe that the service they provide is ok, but the quality of items is something that they have to work on.
Unfortunately, it had nothing to do with its photo on the website. It was absolutely different. I was very frustrated.
I sent the items to them and asked for a refund because I really didn't know what to do with the item I didn't need. I know they received it, but then why there's no answer?

I have purchased some earrings from Broome Staircase Designs as a birthday present for my mother. I needed to get my order on a certain date and they assured me I'll get my order on time.
My mother was living in Germany and I was going there on her birthday. So I ordered these earrings in advance and wanted to take them with me. Order did not arrive and I had to think of something else. When I came back home from Germany I finally received the order. But it was already useless, contacted customer service and asked for a refund but they did not reply. Never again.
