AliExpress review: Incorrect order

Purchased goods labeled "Best-seller Car Jump Starter For 12V Petrol Diesel Cars With 150PSI Air Pump/Light/Pressure Gauge,Portable Booster Jump Starter". Goods delivered were pump, light and pressure gauge only - no jump starter function.
Order took about three weeks (normally 1 at most) so I frequently checked "My Orders" as I became concerned about the delay. Each time I would see the page from which I made the order with no options displayed.
After disavowing all responsibility, Aliexpress refused refund and now, "My orders" shows "order completed" and the page and illustration have been altered to show the inferior device.
In view of the fact that I had little use for the secondary functions and required the jump-start function primarily, there is no possibility I would have mistakenly ordered a device lacking that facility. I note from online forums that many others have have had similR EXPERIENCES.
