    I order a book for my baby... Order number is [protected], and store name is Fairy Mall... I talked them many time but they didn't solve my problem. And they closed my order like I got it but I don't have my order. I want my money back. I bought many goods, also from my mom and my husbands profile... And if I don't recieve my item or money back I never use this website more, and I will tell how it is not trustable... I am very dissapointed leave this like that.

      Do not buy any product from Aliexpress because they delivering fake products. I purchase Tommy Hilfiger tshirts, i recived a fake product. VERY POOR QUALITY. after I complain this to Ali express, have have something dispute process. which is very horrible process. They are clear that they will not return and refund any amount . another issue, they charge delivery charge as well, but rather deliver to my address, they delivered product to be collected from postoffice. and due to this I need to pay additional postoffice charges which is very high.

      So be aware, and not to be in trapped of AliExpress Online app . (www.aliexpress.com)

      This type of sites should be banned. Who so ever is reading this article, please do not purchase any product from this app and site because once you paid the amount then forget about any online experience of refund and retuned you currently getting from other sites.

      Not recommended this Fake product company to anyone.

        Aliexpress Wu's Storeitem received but damaged

        orderno [protected] I have already opened a dispute for item 1 of this order and WU has asked me to open a dispute for item 2 however I cannot open a dispute on item 2 of this order as I had originally "received" this item but immediately stated that it was damaged and include photos as attached below

          AliExpresskitchen sink

          I ordered a Tangwu sink from a seller on Aliexpress. The sink had a huge double dent in it when I opened the box. I submitted a dispute, the seller offered a refund of $20 on a $400 sink. Aliexpress said they would give a full refund if I returned the sink at my expense otherwise a refund of $200 would be given. I have no idea what shipping costs or even where to send it back to. So I guess I am out $200. I am still fighting this out with Aliexpress (Alibaba company). But it has been almost a month now so I do not think this will end well for me. Also the seller accused me of lying about the damage, going so far as saying it was not their sink by showing pics of undamaged sinks from a warehouse (??). I am now wondering if this sellers buys and sells damaged sinks and pawns them off on Americans. Ordering from Aliexpress is gambling, and the odds of getting what you paid for slim to none.

                  as you can see I have been very patient with this supplier over 5 months and although it is only for a small amount this has been the only complaint about your system setup

                I have not received my order for quite a long time. when asking the seller for more details about the shippment or a refund' he told me to wait a bit more and a bit more and a bit more...

                now there's isn't any dispute option, and the seller refuses to refund.

                after checking with Israel's postal service & Israel's customs, I know for sure that the product is'nt there and probably is 'stuck' at the seller's country customs.

                I've tried more than a few times to ask for refund but the seller refuses.

                  I have ordered led h4 bulb where seller mentioned that it has 300watt and 300000 Lumens
                  But I received 36watt and mentioned 8000 Lumens
                  Even it has very bad focus on road its fan is not working and dipper is also not working.
                  Its foucs on road is less then the regular halogen bulbs, I have seen led blulb more brighter than is . If seller have mention the actuall specifications I had never purchased.

                          The claim by Ali Express that buyer is protected is a myth. It is very difficult to get to speak with a human. When you do, all they do is keep throwing meaningless platitudes at you without giving you any real information. My current dispute, I have contacted Ali agents multiple times. Each time I am given different answers as to when I can expect a decision. This is all I want to know. When!

                          I have been told the following in this dispute. 5 days, 7 days, 2-3 days, 7 days, 5 days. It has now been 7 days since the first time I questioned and was told 5 days. I contacted this morning that I had to wait 5 days and at the same time they told me tomorrow. Totally confusing. They do not have a facility for you to copy the transcript of your chat or to have a copy sent to you via email. Why, they do not want you to catch them out in their constant lies and insults.

                          It is very clear that these [censored] do not understand customer service. They will tell you what they think you want to hear to make you go away. They have no problem insulting you. Their agents have no power and can do nothing. I have been told multiple times that an agent would contact me and no one ever does. I have been told my case has been escalated, but nothing happens.

                          If you want to avoid stress and insults, get fair resolution to your disputes, then stick to the sites like Amazon or Ebay. Equally as slow but with a few major/important differences. When they say they will do something, they do it. Their agents will not insult you.

                              I got the phone on the 10th of April but it did not turn on. I charged it with the factory power brick and USB cable but the screen does nothing. However, the same power brick powers up and charges my other phone (a Blackberry device). This test is in this video: https://youtu.be/l4qFJY4Opms. Any intelligent person could only assume that the phone was D.O.A. (Dead on arrival): it didn't power on and it didn't charge. I contacted the store but they didn't reply so I opened a dispute. Only then the store replied to me, asking me to replace the battery (impossible because the battery non removable. How can they ask this? Don't they know their own products???) and also to swap the factory USB cable with another one (wich I did) but that didn't make much sense since I could charge my other phone with the factory USB cable and power brick (as you can see in this video: https://youtu.be/l4qFJY4Opms). The store then replyed and offered me a "No return & No refund" proposal clamming "the mobile will power off when we ship it out, so it will excessive discharge, could you pls charge the mobile about 8 hours? then please kindly trun on the phone after 10 mins". I did that and I charged it for TWELVE hours, waited 10 minutes but the phone STILL wouldn't power on, neither charge and I sent a second video: https://youtu.be/wOLjZhoJTl8. You can clearly listen to me pressing the power button without success. Ali Express stepped in and offered me a deal, statting that I would return the phone and pay a return fee for the refund. Now, I've done EVERYTHING the seller asked, uploaded the videos and I still have to pay a return fee to China? You have to be kidding me! If the phone is D.O.A. (DEAD ON ARRIVAL), the return fee is the seller's responsibility, not mine! Then, Ali Express statted that I "Did not follow the instruction provided by seller". What do you want me to do? Send you a 8 hour video, demonstrating that I tried to charge it??? Finally, on the 1st of May I got a message saying "The dispute has been closed today and we have made a mediation: Dispute Finished - Refund Only EUR € 0, 00! So, am I supposed to get stuck with a broken phone and loose my money??? Are you kidding me??? I really hope that you reconsider this decision! I sent the two videos! What more proof do you want? I just want my money!

                                  What type of evidence do they want me ti supply? A 8 hour video showing that the phone is charging??
