AliExpress has become one of the most disappointing and unreliable platforms I have ever used. During my most recent visit, I encountered multiple listings using stolen designer photos to advertise cheap, low‑quality imitations. The product I received looked nothing like the item shown in the listing — completely different colours, shapes, materials and overall design.
I reported this fraud FIVE times, providing clear photo and video evidence, yet AliExpress repeatedly ignored it and refused my refund request. Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced: slow, unhelpful, dismissive and clearly designed to protect sellers rather than buyers. The platform allows misleading listings, fake products and stolen intellectual property, while doing nothing to support customers who are deceived.
AliExpress used to be a place where you could find interesting items at fair prices. Now it is full of fakes, unreliable sellers and a customer service system that does not care at all. I am leaving the platform and will not be returning. Buyers deserve better protection and honest listings — something AliExpress no longer provides.
