Ajio Seller has not refunded money

I had purchased 4 products online through Ajio App on 25th Dec 2023 under order number FN4058405688 (4 Items). Out of these 4 products, I had placed one product for return and one product for exchange on 29th Dec 2023. The Return order and Exchange order were created under Order ID - : #RT137078573 and #EX0024564764 respectively. Both products were picked by Ajio's Delivery partner - Shadowfax on 30th Dec 2023. Then another Delivery Partner - Expressbees came for the exchange of the order #EX0024564764 on 3rd Jan 2024 and asked for the exchange product, but since I had already returned the product (Double Flannel Shirt) along with Return Order number #RT137078573, I was unable to give the exchange product and the delivery partner canceled the exchange from his end. Hence this issue is being filed against Ajio for Exchange order#EX0024564764. I filed a complaint with Ajio Customer care on 3rd Jan 2024 with complaint number COM00070523973. Ajio customer care promised to resolve the issue by 10th Jan. but No resolution was done and the ticket was closed w/o any information and discussion with me with the reason stated on their app as that the issue be taken up directly with Shadowfax. I filed multiple complaints with Shadowfax but nothing happened. then I visited their pickup & dispatch center on 8th Jan 2024 to understand what happened to the product and so that I can retrieve the lost product myself. They shared the proof that both products have been handed back to Ajio and that both products have been received by the Ajio Warehouse. Shadowfax told me to resolve my issue directly with Ajio. So I filed the complaint again to Ajio and they again extended the deadline to resolve the issue from 10th Jan 2024 to 12th Jan 2024. Ajio customer care didnt resolve the issue and refused to acknowledge that they have recieved both products back in their warehouse. I filed a complaint to grievance offer of Ajio as well but they also refused to acknowledge the same and have refused to offer any refund. in between Ajio and Shadowfax playing with this issue, the product seems to have been misplaced and lost and my money is now stuck with Ajio. I request your help to help me retrieve my money with Ajio for this product amounting to a sum of INR Rs. 3497.50. Ajio should hold Shadowfax delivery partner responsible for the lost product and settle the matter internally between themselves and Shadowfax. Why Am I being held penalized for this issue and my money not being refunded? I want to take strict action against Ajio and their delivery partners who take customers for granted and think they can get away with all these issues. Pls help!

Ajio Ajio.com Shirt Review: Good Design, but Uncertain Material and Order Accuracy

Received a shirt from Ajio.com and pretty happy with the design. However, not quite sure if it's really 100% cotton. I mean, it feels soft and comfortable, but can't say for sure. Maybe it's a blend or something.

Anyway, the shirt is great and looks quite stylish. The color, pattern, and fit are just perfect. But what bothers me a bit is that I'm not 100% sure if it's the right product that I ordered.

Well, I'm not too worried about it, but maybe it's just me being skeptical. I'll probably think twice before ordering anything from Ajio in the future. I mean, the prices are a bit steep for what you're getting.

Overall, I'd say Ajio is a decent online store with some good designs and products, but I'd be careful before ordering anything. And I hope they can improve their quality control to avoid any mix-ups in the future.

Ajio Frustrating Experience with AJIO: Order Returns Delayed Multiple Times with No Explanation

Hey all, Amarnath here. So, I gotta say I've had a pretty frustrating experience with AJIO. I ordered something through their app and ended up needing to return it. I scheduled the pickup THREE times and each time it got postponed with no clear explanation. I tried reaching out to their customer service but didn't get much help. Let me tell you, it's been a real headache. My order ID is FN***636 and at this point, I'm not feeling too thrilled at the idea of using the app again.

Ajio Unsatisfactory Experience with Ajio: Low-Grade Puma Shoes with Detached Soles and Poor Customer Service

I recently had an unsatisfactory experience with Ajio. Let me tell you, my Puma shoes that I bought from them turned out to be low-grade and deceitful. The shocking thing is that the sole of the shoes detached from the body just a few weeks later. I reached out to Ajio's customer support to claim the warranty, but they refused to help me and suggested that I contact Puma. Even Puma wasn't willing to hold themselves accountable for the defective product, and directed me back to Ajio. It seems like both of them are not taking responsibility for their product.

Being a customer, I was deeply dismayed with the service quality of Ajio. It's just not ethical to scam someone with a fake item like this. As far as I am concerned, I will never use Ajio again. The customer experience was very poor despite their claims of good customer service. If you're going to spend your hard-earned money on Ajio products, beware that you may not be getting what you paid for.

Ajio Review: my experience with ajio - product range fantastic, customer care needs work

So, I decided to try this online shopping site called Ajio (ajio.com). Let me tell you, it was quite an experience!

I saw this pretty dress on their site and decided to order it. But as luck would have it, I had to initiate a return due to some issues. I thought it was simple enough, but the delivery guy made a mistake and hit the wrong button, canceling my request. No worries, he suggested I call customer care and get it sorted.

Now, here's where things got a bit tricky. I tried calling Ajio's customer care number for a week, but there was no response. I was getting frustrated and worried, as I thought this issue wouldn't get resolved.

But after a few days of trying, I finally got through to someone. They were incredibly patient with me and listened to my problem. They told me to initiate the return again, and the process was smooth and easy from there.

Overall, I have mixed feelings about Ajio. While their product range is fantastic and their prices are quite reasonable, their customer care could use some work. It's frustrating when you can't get through to someone when you have an issue.

That said, I am happy with my purchase and would still recommend Ajio for their collection and pricing. Just be prepared to be a bit patient if you run into any issues.

i ordered it on 30 march as it different from what it shown on the site. i have asked for the the exchange but it has not exchanged yet ..now i want this item to return as i buoght it from somewhere else
