True Classic Tees

I recently took the leap and ordered a 9-pack of crew neck T-Shirts from True Classic over Fresh Clean and a couple other options. The fit guide is nice in theory, however, it turns out that I am really between sizes which would have been great to be alerted to at checkout. Combined with overshrinking (more than 5% they say), I should have ordered a different size and I was disappointed to have these be too small after an initial light wash and dry.

I attempted to reach out to Customer Service through the website on my iPhone but the interface wouldn't let me submit it - it errored out when it tried to do the human authorization. The great news, the Social Media support (especially from Adan) were timely, understanding, and helpful. They helped me get another order and on top of that asked me to donate the previous articles that didn't fit.

I will definitely buy again assuming the better size goes well!

For Christmas this year I purchased for my husband several T-shirts. They arrived in a timely manner. My husband tried one on and we realized the t-shirts were just be too small as my husband has nearly 17 inch biceps. I contacted the company and I spoke with Aladdin. He advised that he would send out a larger shirt which he did. Aladdin was quick to respond, incredibly kind, professional, and frankly went out of his way to make sure we had exactly what we needed. This company hands-down is a company I would buy from not just one more time but many times. I even purchased T-shirts for my brother for his 50th birthday. He loves them. My husband now loves his as well. I would highly recommend this company and will continue to purchase their products not just because of the quality but because of the customer service, and the people that I have the pleasure tl deal with if there's an issue. Best customer service and products! They are top notch!

I ordered the wrong size, as I recalled statement on your website or marketing material which said that the fits were tight. Send a message via Facebook, to which Aidan quickly replied, and I believe we have resolve the situation. I'm looking forward to receiving the appropriate size T-shirts, and don't have to make that pesky trip to the post office to return the ill fitting shirts. If they look as good as you say, I'll certainly be ordering more and some polo shirts too.

My only peeve, is that as soon as I open the shirts, that big made in China stamp jumped out of me, and I thought I was buying an American made product. However I know that you have made no such claims, but wouldn't it be bloody great though. Really, they are quite an expensive shirt, but I think people would buy more, and pay more for something that was made over there. I wouldn't mention this publicly, but just an observation. I ordered a 6 pack after seeing the ad on Facebook. I requested one in each color and received them promptly. Tried on the white shirt and fell in love immediately. However being a former Army grunt, I like to wear my tans and greens. Those colors did not fit like the white one did. I am 6'2" 275lbs. Finding a good t-shirt that fits and doesn't have floppy arms is impossible. However, I reached out to express my concerns and was told that I perhaps ordered the wrong side.

I was sent replacement shirts that were XXL-Long. These shirts fit amazing! It even has a slight longer length in the back which can be a problem for big guys when we bend over.

I'm off the mindset that it's easier to remove excess and impossible to add. The extra length was heaven sent and the arms are not floppy at all. These shirts fit like a traditional shirt should. I would definitely purchase these again and highly recommend them. Also the customer service made my transactions super easy and very helpful. You could purchase without any hesitations!

I had chatted in to see if I could exchange my husbands medium shirts (10 of them) with large. When I purchased them they said they were on "sale" I also used a discount code so I got them all for a really good price. When we got them they were a hair small so I thought a large would be better so when I chatted in, she said we could not return them because they were final sale and you cannot return final sale(which I had previously read and made sure what I was buying did not say "final". It only said "sale"). After chatting with her she said that she could give me a credit for the purchase price and I could re buy in large. That wouldn't work in my favor bc now I didn't have a discount code so now I'd only be able to repurchase less shirts for same price I paid. But that was all they could do so I said ok? she then came back and said that she would replace them all with large as a one time courtesy and I could donate the medium shirts
It went from being a disappointing first time experience with the company to a pleasant experience. We really love the shirts so I know we'll be purchasing more. Thank you!

I've been seeing True Classic for about a year now, and always wanted to give them a shot; but I'm what some might consider "hefty"... At 300lbs and 5' 11", I struggled to feel comfortable in my clothes. When I did feel comfortable, there was a noticeable difference in how I carried myself as well. Giving credence that if you look good, you feel good.

I ended up purchasing during one of their big sales and placed a large(r) order of tshirts, along with some long-sleeve shirts. I was in a hurry to order, so I didn't look at the sizing chart and I purchased a size too small. 1000% my fault. After washing a few of them from the order, they are just a little too small for my size.

I reached out to them on Facebook and within an hour, they had a response and remedy which is shipping me a 3XL Tall tshirt to try on and see how it fits. They said it it fits well, they'll work with me on replacing my large order with the correct size. Luckily, I have plenty of them still in plastic, but it wasn't even a stipulation of theirs.

They quite literally had one goal, get me the right shirt in the right size.

The clothing is OK. Decently priced, for decent quality. Will last you about a year. I'm OK with that, at this price point. However, their "rewards" program is a joke. You will accrue points based on what you spend. Hit a certain amount of points and you can redeem for cash off future purchases. Sounds familiar, right? Well, then comes the bait and switch. They treat your "rewards" like a discount code and you can only use one or the other. They are one of those sites that always has a discount code being thrown around. Say it's 20% off (which it normally is). If you spend $100 to get free shipping, you can either use your 20% everyone gets OR $20 "rewards" you've earned. If you spend more than $100, it makes zero sense to apply your "rewards", because the percent off will beat it. So, in essence, they have found a way to wash out the rewards you earn. Of course, they use the lazy excuse of blaming it on "system limitations". Limitations they are in control of. I'm aware $20 here or there isn't the end of the world. But it's the principal of trying to pass something of no value off as customer loyalty is just shady and it shows what they truly think of their customers.

I recently purchased a 5-pack of XL True Classic Tees in a variety of colors from trueclassictees.com, and I must say that my experience has been mixed so far. The colors that came with the pack were blue, grey, black, green and white, which I was really excited about. However, when I tried on the XL size, it turned out to be a bit too big. Though the site recommended that size for me, I decided to return it and get a L instead.

When the L size arrived, I was thrilled to try them on because they fit me really well. However, my excitement was short-lived because after I washed them, they had shrunk so much that they were more like mediums. I was quite surprised by this because they are supposed to be made of a 60/40 blend, which I thought would prevent them from shrinking so easily. To make matters worse, in order to exchange or return a product, the item has to be unwashed and in its original packaging. The T-shirts were comfortable and the range of colors was really good, but the shrinkage was unexpected and the exchange/return policy could be more generous. Ultimately, it's up to individual customers to decide whether these factors outweigh the positives or not. Nevertheless, I have attached some photos to show the pre- and post-wash sizes of the white and black T-shirts for reference.
