I recently took the leap and ordered a 9-pack of crew neck T-Shirts from True Classic over Fresh Clean and a couple other options. The fit guide is nice in theory, however, it turns out that I am really between sizes which would have been great to be alerted to at checkout. Combined with overshrinking (more than 5% they say), I should have ordered a different size and I was disappointed to have these be too small after an initial light wash and dry.

I attempted to reach out to Customer Service through the website on my iPhone but the interface wouldn't let me submit it - it errored out when it tried to do the human authorization. The great news, the Social Media support (especially from Adan) were timely, understanding, and helpful. They helped me get another order and on top of that asked me to donate the previous articles that didn't fit.

I will definitely buy again assuming the better size goes well!

For Christmas this year I purchased for my husband several T-shirts. They arrived in a timely manner. My husband tried one on and we realized the t-shirts were just be too small as my husband has nearly 17 inch biceps. I contacted the company and I spoke with Aladdin. He advised that he would send out a larger shirt which he did. Aladdin was quick to respond, incredibly kind, professional, and frankly went out of his way to make sure we had exactly what we needed. This company hands-down is a company I would buy from not just one more time but many times. I even purchased T-shirts for my brother for his 50th birthday. He loves them. My husband now loves his as well. I would highly recommend this company and will continue to purchase their products not just because of the quality but because of the customer service, and the people that I have the pleasure tl deal with if there's an issue. Best customer service and products! They are top notch!

I ordered the wrong size, as I recalled statement on your website or marketing material which said that the fits were tight. Send a message via Facebook, to which Aidan quickly replied, and I believe we have resolve the situation. I'm looking forward to receiving the appropriate size T-shirts, and don't have to make that pesky trip to the post office to return the ill fitting shirts. If they look as good as you say, I'll certainly be ordering more and some polo shirts too.

My only peeve, is that as soon as I open the shirts, that big made in China stamp jumped out of me, and I thought I was buying an American made product. However I know that you have made no such claims, but wouldn't it be bloody great though. Really, they are quite an expensive shirt, but I think people would buy more, and pay more for something that was made over there. I wouldn't mention this publicly, but just an observation. I ordered a 6 pack after seeing the ad on Facebook. I requested one in each color and received them promptly. Tried on the white shirt and fell in love immediately. However being a former Army grunt, I like to wear my tans and greens. Those colors did not fit like the white one did. I am 6'2" 275lbs. Finding a good t-shirt that fits and doesn't have floppy arms is impossible. However, I reached out to express my concerns and was told that I perhaps ordered the wrong side.

I was sent replacement shirts that were XXL-Long. These shirts fit amazing! It even has a slight longer length in the back which can be a problem for big guys when we bend over.

I'm off the mindset that it's easier to remove excess and impossible to add. The extra length was heaven sent and the arms are not floppy at all. These shirts fit like a traditional shirt should. I would definitely purchase these again and highly recommend them. Also the customer service made my transactions super easy and very helpful. You could purchase without any hesitations!

I had chatted in to see if I could exchange my husbands medium shirts (10 of them) with large. When I purchased them they said they were on "sale" I also used a discount code so I got them all for a really good price. When we got them they were a hair small so I thought a large would be better so when I chatted in, she said we could not return them because they were final sale and you cannot return final sale(which I had previously read and made sure what I was buying did not say "final". It only said "sale"). After chatting with her she said that she could give me a credit for the purchase price and I could re buy in large. That wouldn't work in my favor bc now I didn't have a discount code so now I'd only be able to repurchase less shirts for same price I paid. But that was all they could do so I said ok? she then came back and said that she would replace them all with large as a one time courtesy and I could donate the medium shirts

I've been seeing True Classic for about a year now, and always wanted to give them a shot; but I'm what some might consider "hefty"... At 300lbs and 5' 11", I struggled to feel comfortable in my clothes. When I did feel comfortable, there was a noticeable difference in how I carried myself as well. Giving credence that if you look good, you feel good.

I ended up purchasing during one of their big sales and placed a large(r) order of tshirts, along with some long-sleeve shirts. I was in a hurry to order, so I didn't look at the sizing chart and I purchased a size too small. 1000% my fault. After washing a few of them from the order, they are just a little too small for my size.

I reached out to them on Facebook and within an hour, they had a response and remedy which is shipping me a 3XL Tall tshirt to try on and see how it fits. They said it it fits well, they'll work with me on replacing my large order with the correct size. Luckily, I have plenty of them still in plastic, but it wasn't even a stipulation of theirs.

They quite literally had one goal, get me the right shirt in the right size.

The True Classic Tees clothing is pretty decent. You won't break the bank buying their stuff, and the quality is pretty good. It'll last you about a year, which is pretty good for the price. I'm okay with that, especially since I'm not looking to spend a lot of money on clothes.

However, their "rewards" program is a bit of a joke. You earn points based on what you spend, and once you hit a certain amount of points, you can redeem them for cash off future purchases. Sounds pretty standard, right? Well, here's the catch: you can only use your rewards OR a discount code, not both. And let's be real, True Classic Tees always has some kind of discount code floating around.

For example, let's say they're offering 20% off (which they usually are). If you spend $100 to get free shipping, you can either use your 20% discount code OR your $20 in rewards. But if you spend more than $100, it makes no sense to use your rewards because the discount code will save you more money.

It's like they've found a way to make your rewards worthless. And when you call them out on it, they blame it on "system limitations". But let's be real, they're in control of those limitations.

Don't get me wrong, $20 here or there isn't going to make or break me. But it's the principle of the thing. Trying to pass off something of no value as customer loyalty is just shady. It shows what they really think of their customers.

Overall, I'd say True Classic Tees is a decent option if you're looking for affordable, decent quality clothing. Just don't expect their rewards program to actually be rewarding.

The True Classic Tees are pretty good, but not as amazing as I had hoped. I was disappointed to find that the white shirt in the multipack was ripped right at the neck, just like the previous reviewer had mentioned. I have cheaper t-shirts that are better quality in terms of stitching. I haven't tried the other colors yet, but the green and white ones are not looking too promising.

I recently bought a 3-pack of True Classic Tees and was pretty satisfied with the fit. However, I wasn't too thrilled with the color and decided to swap them for a different shade. I also wanted to switch from crew to v-neck. So, I called up customer service and spoke to a really nice lady who was super helpful. She sent me a return shipping label right away and assured me that all I had to do was send the shirts back and they would initiate the swap. She even told me that I didn't need to do anything else.

After two weeks, I still hadn't received the new shirts, so I decided to check the tracking information. It showed that they had received my return, but I still hadn't gotten my new shirts. So, I decided to try the online chat feature to see what was going on. Unfortunately, the customer service rep I spoke to wasn't very friendly. She made it seem like I had messed up by not calling to let them know that I had returned the shirts. I explained that I was never told to do that and had followed the instructions I was given. I didn't understand why I needed to call them when they should have been notified as soon as the return label was scanned at the post office.

Anyway, the shirts were finally shipped the next day and I'm hoping to receive them soon. Despite the minor hiccup with customer service, I still think True Classic Tees is a great company with quality products. I was really looking forward to getting my hands on some True Classic Tees for my husband's birthday. I ordered a pack of 6 size L T-shirts from their website and eagerly awaited their arrival. When they finally arrived, I was a bit underwhelmed by the quality of the shirts. They claim to be super soft, but honestly, they're just super thin. The cut of the shirts doesn't seem all that different from your average t-shirt, except that they're much longer in length.

I haven't washed them yet, but what really disappointed me was that 2 of the 6 shirts in the set were size XL. I reached out to customer service to see if they could fix this issue, but all I got was a canned response with a link to start a return. Since I ordered these as a set, the only option was to return the entire set, not just the 2 shirts that were sent in the wrong size. I reached out again, asking to have the 2 shirts replaced, but all I got was another email asking for my husband's measurements before they sent the correct size I had already ordered. I'm not sure if this was another canned response or if the customer service rep didn't understand that THEY sent the wrong size, not that I had ordered the wrong size.

Overall, I'm pretty disappointed that not only did they make a mistake and send the wrong size, but it seems nearly impossible to get them to fix their mistake. I'm not sure how this will turn out, but I'm not holding my breath.

UPDATE: After leaving this review, I was contacted by True Classic and the correct shirts were sent to me. I appreciate that they took the time to make things right, but I still wish the initial customer service experience had been better.

I recently made a purchase from True Classic Tees and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of their products. I ordered a total of 4 collared shirts, 6 T-shirts, and even some underwear. Let me tell you, the underwear is hands down the best I have ever owned.

When I tried on the T-shirts, I immediately noticed two things. Firstly, the material was incredibly soft and comfortable against my skin. Secondly, the sleeves were the perfect length, going right above my elbows to achieve the desired look. However, I did feel that the shirts could have been a bit tighter in the chest and an inch larger in the belly to achieve the full look. But, that could just be me as I could stand to lose a few pounds at my current weight of 269 lbs and height of 5'10". I ordered everything in 2XL.

I would have preferred to buy all darker colors as the white shirts faded and shrunk after washing. I reached out to their customer service team to express my concerns and they were absolutely amazing. They responded promptly and asked me about my size and washing habits. They even gave me some great tips on how to care for the shirts to prevent any further issues.

I also informed them that I have a business and sometimes you get a bad batch, so I wanted to let them know. They didn't blame or defend themselves, but instead provided me with excellent customer service and even replaced the shrunken shirts. I mean, who does that these days? And then shipped the same exact shirts and made me print a shipping label and find a box to send them the same shirts they sent me back to them (not sure why they thought this was a reasonable solution.)

I decided to splurge a little and get a 3 pack of T-shirts and a long sleeve waffle shirt. The total in my cart came out to be $72.97, which seemed a bit steep to me. I remembered that I had 200 Customer Service Points, which should have taken $20 off my total. But no matter how many times I tried to apply the discount, it just wouldn't work. I was getting frustrated, so I decided to reach out to their customer service.

Thankfully, their customer service was pretty responsive. They got back to me quickly both in chat and via email. However, getting the additional Customer Appreciation Points applied to my sale was a whole other story. It took multiple emails back and forth just to figure out how they were going to apply the reduction. Finally, they gave me a "special code" that I could use at checkout. I applied the code and it did take off $20, but the total still seemed high.

I decided to just complete my order at this point because I was tired of dealing with their customer service. As soon as I clicked the "complete order" button, the new total popped up and it was $65 and some change. So, I only ended up getting $7 off. I know some people are willing to spend a lot of money on a single T-shirt, but I'm not one of them. I'm perfectly happy with a pack of Hanes T-shirts. In my opinion, True Classic Tees is a total rip off. Their prices are way too high and their so-called "Customer Service Points" are basically useless. Don't expect to be rewarded for being a repeat customer because it's just not going to happen.

It has the authenticity of a traditional Henley, as the name True Classic suggests, and has a cooling body that's aesthetically true to the original collar and buttons. It's the perfect shirt for a cool summer day in California, and the long sleeves won't make you hot. It's not so thin that you couldn't wear it in the cold winter months in the morning, but I would recommend wearing an A-Shirt with it underneath. Most recently, I paired it with an open vest.

After Trustpilot replied to my prior review, stating that I did not respond to them, I decided to respond to their reply. I explained that I had responded to them the first time they reached out and that ongoing and unlimited communication should not be a requirement to leave a review about terrible service. I also pointed out that I only posted my review several weeks after I received no response from True Classic, despite my initial request.

I believe that the review process is supposed to create transparency of a customer's experience, not a contest of will or attrition. As a legitimate customer with a legitimately negative experience, I felt that my review should have been allowed to stay up.

They accused me of not responding to them and tried to divert attention away from the real issue at hand. This only confirmed my suspicions that their reviews may be manipulated attempts to dictate the terms of their desired optic.

In conclusion, based on my experience, I do not trust that True Classic's or Trustpilot's "reviews" reflect anything more than a manipulated attempt to control their online image. I would not choose to do business with them again and would caution others to be wary of their reviews.

The colors that came with the pack were blue, grey, black, green and white, which I was really excited about. However, when I tried on the XL size, it turned out to be a bit too big. Though the site recommended that size for me, I decided to return it and get a L instead.

However, my excitement was short-lived because after I washed them, they had shrunk so much that they were more like mediums. I was quite surprised by this because they are supposed to be made of a 60/40 blend, which I thought would prevent them from shrinking so easily. Unfortunately, I discovered that this was not the case.

To make matters worse, in order to exchange or return a product, the item has to be unwashed and in its original packaging. So I was out a total of $115 for the T-shirts that I couldn't wear properly. However, on the bright side, my wife managed to get some new nightshirts out of the whole experience.
