This review was chosen algorithmically as the most valued customer feedback.

Airtel has setup a 'do not call' registry at www.airtel.in/dont.htm and the best part is I continue to receive unsolicited calls and SMSs from Airtel business partners even though I have registered at their site over a month ago. After contacting their customer care [protected]@airtelindia.com, ceo complaint desk and the nodal officer [protected]@airtel.in, [protected]@bharti.com, I'm yet receive a relevant reply.

Beware people!

I have also been receiving calls from Bharati AXA Life Insurance, Mumbai Center from the number 022-[protected]. The funny part is these people ask you to tell them the date when you registered for 'do not call' and simply refuse to accept that they have committed a mistake.

If we can’t stop the nuisance calls, we can have fun with them.

Do Not Disturb Registry.

Airtel Mobile Services:

If you are an Airtel Postpaid or Prepaid Mobile customer and wish to register on our Do Not Disturb list, kindly SMS "START DND" to 121. All promotional calls and messages to your Airtel phone will stop within 45 days from registration. You will receive a Unique Reference Number by SMS, for your records.

(Though I did not try...)

Hi all are you suffering from Airtel Advt Calls and SMS,.

Just sms "NOPROMO" to 141

To get your phone registered in "DONT Disturb" registry, i had just got this info from airtel customer care.

Hope this helps
