block the calls suddenly without any information!
Now I am working in chennai. I put my card in my native. Suddenly they stop the outgoing service without any information. How can i manage. I went to nearby Aircel shop to told my problem. They simply told to me submit ur address proof and some documents to the aircel office in ur native, after three days u will get that facility. If any risky thing happened to me, how can i inform to my parents and how can i contact the persons in the emergency time.
false billing, pathetic customer service
Every month i need to spend atleast a day to scrutinize the Bill to check for false billing. They dont offer free minutes correctly and Local numbers are displayed under STD Calls Made and Std calls under ISD Calls made. SMS Shown as calls... so on... If asked its the way company software is designed it seems. Billing date is changing every month, if asked its a technical error. If this is the case for the person who thoroughly checks the bill every month, just imagine the people who blindly pay the bills every month without checking the same. Pathetic customer service, advisers will hang up on ur face if ur lodging a complaint.
yes... one of my experience with AIRCELL ...wz i requested free rental plan on GPRS connection but these ppl have charged me for unlimited plan Rs 600/ now this going to be the case...
For the past 20 days message has not been sent... i was calling for the customer care and complaining every day... but till now it was not solved... i have reset my mob, checked the message center number. Every thing is ok...

requisition of address proof
I am a customer of Aircel cellular for the past four years. I have submitted my address proof and photo during the time of purchase of my sim card. Dont know what these people did with it after the TRAI imposed a rule for all prepaid users to submit address proof if they have not submitted, a year back the aircel people called me saying that my address proof is missing and they wanted it and a photograph of mine. I submitted it. Now again today [protected]) i got a call saying that my address proof is missing and they need to be submitted otherwise my connection will be cut. I really dont know whats going on and what these people do without even having proper track or database of these details. I wonder how many more times i need to submit the same details.
I have been using their service for the past 4 years and today i really got fed up with them and planning to change my network service provider
Aircel cellular service is very poor. I paid my phone bills. The next day they cut the outgoing facility. I struggled a lot and finally reached the customer service. After two hour it was enabled.
Next day same thing happened. again they cut the outgoing facility. i kept trying to get line to customer support. really i am getting frustration with their support. line is always busy.
How careless they are, they do not have proper records how they can cut the facility. one time is ok, by mistake. how it wil happen again.

Yea, what you said is perfectly true.. Similarly, the Banks like ICICI, Citibank also do the same thing.
When we approach for personal loans, they will collect enough proofs but don't keep track of the records.
When I requested for my payment history statement to check for my balance amount to be settled, they have denied to send it via e-mail or to my address. But, if we don't make the payment even for a month, I don't know how these guys get our info to track us... Very very pathetic situation..

I am a Aircel prepaid user. I am losing lot of money from my account for the calls I didn't make. When contacted customer care, they say they have no rights to tell the numbers we called. When contacted in the Aircel office they dont have the information immediately. But the fact is they dont have the information. They are NOT ALL fit to establish a cellular network with such a CUSTOMER CARE facility who provides no better information. Useless junk network, i call it. Nothing better happened even after three weeks of complaint. A REAL GREAT MESS THEY (Aircel) ARE.

For the last One week am receiving unwanted SMS from a unknown person. I have warned lot of times but that person is not obeying to my words and not attaining the calls. Simply sending unwanted SMS. Not only to me. Yesterday, my friend told me that she also receiving unwanted SMS from the same mobile no. We warned & scold that person through SMS. But, he still sending SMS.

When called they are not lazy in their comments and that they are not able to identify the person who is sending the sms.
When on enquiry they say it is a consumer forum.
Very often I too receive certain sms reg want of blood and so, but when contacted with real intention to help, but v r fooled. This should be severly dealt in iron hand, as it really insults the helping hearts.

Such people who are misusing the inventions of technology should be taken to task and severe action initiated against persons found guilty. I don't understand why aircel is keeping quiet against such complaints.

My Wife happened to loose her mob on the 31st of Jan with an Aircel Subscription. Surprisingly none of their so called customer care number works or neither the dealers know as to how she could contact them for blocking the no. Pathetic customer relationship! This is my last attempt to get a response from their end before I take any further step as I do not want to be held responsible if the no is put to any kind of misuse.
Again they have a feedback column in their website but then u can never post ur complaint there cos IT DOESN'T WORK EITHER!

I was using this useless Aircel prepaid Connection for Month 8 years, you may surprised how i am using this Service provider for more than 8 years ... Since my childhood to office colleague know this number as my contact information. Aircel marketing people use to call 100 times a day to market there Dailer Tune & other Service... But to disconnect outing going & Incoming calls for a Valuable & loyal customer like me they won't call & inform or give me a warning message( Except one Bulk Msg), i use have a minimum balance of 200 to 300 Rs at any point of time . Suddenly they disconnect my no. on Saturday night & tape message say to connect customer care...Here the ultimate funny thing done by Aircel alone is they even disconnect the option to connect customer care... I had taken new prepaid connection on 5th Nov. 08. After 9 days, i am hearing no incoming & outgoing call is available without any reason stated. On enquiry it was informed me that no document is available. This is the sorry state service provider ever seen . After recharging of 110 rupees, it was found that amount of Rs. 32/- deducted from balance without any reason. This is the way the aircel company is doing.
I got the new card from aircel. They are disconected my line without any information and i provided the proof second time. they said it will activate within four hours but till now its not activate. now its passed 6th hours...
