Purchased airfights to bali on 6/3/26 for myself and grand daughter they canclled flight on 18/5/26 they canclled our flight had to purchase with another airline. Case no for this 225498836 booking no dc5qtz and the refund case no is 225576742. My sister-in-law was also booked on the same flight and they also cancelled hers, she now has received her refund as of last tuesday7/7/26. I have wittenmany emails to client support and the assured mde of refund coming but no money as yet

Claimed loss: $18830.00

Desired outcome: i just want my money I am in my seventies and need this money asap not sure why my sister in law hashers
