we booked a flight for 2 passenger from Krabi to Kuala Lumpur in 11/25. Due an urgent surgery of my husband, he can not fly - so I requested to cancel his ticket = 1person. I asked not to cancel my ticket, because Iam going to fly. After chating with your chatbot and asking several times if my ticket will not canceled if we cancel my husbands ticket - we did it, I sent the request to cancel 1 passanger from the booking. And now I realized, also my ticket was cancelled. So now I have no ticket for me. How can I claim this situation? thanks
