I would like to file a formal complaint and request compensation for a delayed flight.

Route: Bangkok (BKK) – Phuket (HKT)
Airline: Thai AirAsia
Date: [11MAR26]
Booking numbers: [TOMA VIRGIL - XDUQUW and TOMA NICOLETA - UYI2RS]
The flight was delayed by approximately 8 hours.
Under Thailand CAAT passenger rights regulations, I am requesting compensation applicable for delays over 5 hours, as well as reimbursement for any expenses incurred during the delay (if applicable).
