Loyal customers, have been flying since 20 years old,return flights we've taken over the next 50 years,Ex Koru Club, Medical event visiting family reside Australia Urgently admitted Hospital tests scan show I have lymphoma Cancer of the Stomach kidney spine,brain requiring urgent Chemo.We've asked for a refund of flights but declined,charged to change to flexi tickets cost extra $384.We have a Doctors letter stating we are NOT allowed to fly

Desired outcome: Please relook very poor decision,share some compassion a refund 6 months treatment fly home Air NZ. booked Saturday 28th June, prior to the Medical event,I remain very unwell started Chemo at the Gold Coast Hospital,Doctor Tara Cochrane.
