AHS over promises and under delivers consistently. They contract with the cheapest and most under qualified repair businesses available. Therefore the work is sloppy and haphazard at best. Once the repair company eventually shows up , they will say they cant fix the problem and you need a whole new system. If you choose their " Cash in Lieu of repair " offer, you will only receive a fraction of what you expect. Don't be fooled by all their slick promotional material, they are great at pretending to be the best.

Recommendation: Keep an emergency savings account for home repairs. Many home warranty companies operate in the same manner.
