did have a policy with bristol west was buying a new car put insurance on it 6 months, that was my big mistake

Financing fell thru

got another car

bristol west REFUSED to transfer the insurance

bristol west REFUSED me a refund

now 11 months later

bristol west still REFUSES to send an email on what exactly they need from me

now after 11 months tells me they are going to investigate the matter

11 months

and still they REFUSE to give me my refund

what will it take

another YEAR?

maybe be 2050 bristol west will make a decision

framers has been horrible in this whole matter

your REFUSAL to do any thing about a company that has your name on it

now what or anything are you going to do

send me another form letter

where you dont have anything to do with it

a company under YOUR name

give me a reply

I had recently used my bank account for payments EFT. After cancelling that option of payment and for two months had been paying check by mail. The second month i had paid my bill, was also in a three way auto accident. When I called my car insurance, they told me that my policy had been cancelled two days prior, for lack in payment. They wanted an extra $8.90 for the month that i was unaware of. However, they cashed my check that i sent them, and now i owe the other car insurance over 20K since my car insurance is not keeping up their end of service. I just want to know how can they cancell my insurance but yet cash the check that i sent to them?
