American Home Shield [AHS] review: Sorry, company

We have been with American Home Shield for roughly 25 years here in the past two years it has gone from good to really sorry first software our air conditioner went out at beginning of this summer eye contract said that they would repair it or replace it with no out-of-pocket expense. Well they come back and said we had to pay $3000. We have window air units now being on a fixed income. We could not afford it both of us are in our mid and late 70s my wife and I, and on a fixed income second, our dishwasher went we upgraded to Amana dishwasher. We’ve had it six months and it’s been broke down 5 of those six months repair man came out twice so far still leaks he supposed to be showing up tomorrow September 30, 2025 for the third time American Home Shield keeps going up on price and keeps going down on quality we canceled our policy with them August 28th 2025 they pulled September‘s payment out ahead of time and they will not refund our money $129.20. They keep giving us the runaround. The dishwasher is just like American Home Shield worthless if I could give American Home Shield a zero I would my advice is to stay far away from these people when you talk to them they do not have anybody that can speak proper English. It appears our call center has been farmed out to a foreign country.
