American Home Shield [AHS] review: Be warned

Apparently the company has a policy that if an appliance Needs repair the customer is required to remove the appliance from its location So the technicians have access. Absolutely ridiculous especially for older customers. Maybe pulling a refrigerator out isn't all that bad however, how would you disconnect an electric range or what about the dishwasher that's got water lines and power running to it they want you to call a separate person I guess to remove it if you can't do it yourself which I'm sure a lot of single single women can't do or older people who don't have the strength, the flexibility or maybe even the tools to disconnect appliances.
