Agoda Bad follow up and put consumer in bad position

I call in and they say it ok to cancel and a refund.

7 days they say. Didn't show up in the hotel. Charge as no show.

If they allow me to cancel my booking at least I can get back 54% of my booking fee

With reference to your booking ID [protected] as detailed below:

Room Type: Deluxe Twin Room
City/Country: Singapore/Singapore
Arrival: September 3, 2021
Departure: September 5, 2021

Cancellation and Change Policy: Any cancellation received within 3 days prior to the arrival date will incur a charge of 46% of the booking value. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur a charge of 100% of the booking value (Hotel policy).

To give you an update about our previous special fee waiver request from the property, we have been informed that they are unable to honor the request due to the booking's cancellation policy and it was mark as no show.

In the future, if you are unsure of your travel plans, we suggest booking a room that has a free cancellation or book now/pay later policy.

Agoda Value charged above expected

Dear Sir/Madam,
I´ve made booking w/ Agoda (ID: [protected]).
Value in the booking confirmation email: in USD (785, 7), but estimated in Eur was 665€, aprox.
Value charged: 703, 18€, which doesn´t match w/ estimated value info during booking.
Even considering exchange rates variations between USD/EUR (it´s stable between date of booking and of charged value) the value charged is above expected.
Thanks in advance for your help and support.

Agoda Hotels

I booked the fitzroy hotel for one night as I was havind a operation on harley street london 12/01/21
Booking reference [protected]
I turned up and it wasnt open and padlocked up so my lovely taxie driver kindly took me back to the clinic and had to book another while im drugged up and in alote of pain from my treatment.
Ive still not had my refund for this so can you help please also there phone line dosnt work as clinic even tried calling too

Agoda Payment debited, no confirmation received

Incident date: 27/08/2021
I made two bookings from 2 different IDs for 2 rooms at Shenbaga Hotel, pondicherry for which payment has been debited twice but no confirmation (either through mail or message or even booking ID) received from Agoda. No response through customer care number too. This is very bad as we are not able to decide on our travel plans due to non confirmation. I request Agoda team to look into this matter seriously.

Agoda CLOSURE OF THE HOSTEL - I have no accommodation in Rome in September

On the 7th May I made a reservation and payed for accommodation in Rome.

1 Person in 6-Bed Dormitory with Shared Bathroom - Mixed
Arrival : September 16, 2021
Departure : September 23, 2021
Price: EUR 141, 99
No refund reservation

*According to telephone conversation with the Hostel, HOSTEL IS CLOSED and will not open in September. I try to contact them by e-mail but without success.
Agoda refuses to refund the reservation because it is non refund option.
But there is no accommodation because Hostel Carlito IS CLOSED.

Agoda Wrongly charged 258.440 omani rials; cancellation after five minute booking

I have made a booking for two rooms when I wanted three rooms. From 2/9/2021. The booking id was [protected]

Once I cancelled, I made a three bedroom booking with booking id [protected]

The amount of 258.440 was deducted for the two bedrooms even though its free cancellation after realizing I needed to update the room numbers. Pls refund me asap or I will never use agoda again and I will show all my work collogues and family so they stop using agoda

Agoda Customer Service. Accommodation rates unclear. Phone call rates on my bill.

I have raised a complaint and after 5 days calling back and forth I have accepted the hotel rates were unclear but, have spent $140.67 calling out internationally and not once except today where consultant asked if I would like a call back.

Also rudely spoken to by NAJA in Hong Kong and Narveen telling me I lied about my booking, insisting I didn't have a booking for August [protected].

I am seeking any compensation for this financial hardship now resulting as a result of my phone bill costs calling overseas mostly to Hong Kong.

Agoda Hotel booking

Dear sir,
I am FAVAZ MOHAMMED, MY BOOKING ID [protected], I had booked one room on 2nd august I had done the payment once I reached the hotel the hotel reception had told me you don't have room to stay. I had raised complaint via Emailed to AAGODA customer service but still now nobody have contacted and I dint receive my refund, no use of being VIP customer in AAGODA, kindly do the needful .

Agoda Misleading charge

Booking ID: [protected]. 1 night in Brook Whipper-In Hotel, Oakham 23/24 Aug 2021, quoted on website as costing £73.43, but Agoda took £77.11 from my credit card with no explanation. I want a refund of £3.68. Trivial, but its the principle that counts!

Agoda Automatische datumsvorschläge

Guten tag,

Ich habe soeben eine falsche buchung (nr. [protected]) getätigt, aufgrund eines von agoda vorgeschlagenen buchungsdatums. Dieses hatte ich leider übersehen. Es handelt sich also um einen grundlagenirrtum. Das angebot ist 'nicht stornierbar' und es gibt keine möglichkeit das problem zu schildern.
Ich bin dankbar um eine kontaktaufnahme auf die in der buchung hinterlegten email-adresse.

Agoda Hotel booking

Booking ID [protected]. Unable to cancel online. I have decided not to travel to Delhi and thus I need to cancel it. Thank you.
Also I tried calling various phone numbers including [protected], [protected] and several other numbers to get to Customer Service. None of them worked.
Kindly canvel this booking.

Agoda Hotel Bill

I have booked 3 rooms in hotel Goldfinch Delhi Sec 39, Surajkund for 2nd Aug.'21. Booking ID for the same is [protected]. At the time of check out on 3rd Aug.'21, hotel staff told me that i will get the bill online on mail from the booking site immediately after check out but still i didn't received.
Kindly provide me bill for my stay at the earliest.

Agoda Reimbursement

We tried to contact Agoda via the online chat system, but it was not working. When we arrived at our hotel, Adonis Marseille Vieux-Port, (booking reference #[protected]) on July 31, 2021. They did not have a room available for us. We had all of our booking information that indicated a complete payment. However, we were not provided with a room at the hotel.

We were told to contact Agoda to get a reimbursement, but we have not been able to contact anyone. The hotel has agreed to give us our money back after they hear from Agoda.

Desired outcome: We would like our money back for this charge.

Agoda hotel booking

hai

i booked an hotel in maladivs through your app yesterday and i got a confirmation from the your side that the hotel is booked under Booking ID: [protected], today when i callled the hotel for the airport transfer they are telling all the rooms are bookied already and there is no space, they are telling to cancel the booking, this booking is now non refundable if i cancel now i will lose all my money can you please guide me for this . they are telling its a system error

Agoda Agoda customer call and different pricing

I've used Agoda for over 15 years but today was the day its better to find another company to book my accommodation with and will never recommend agoda AGAIN.

Today we came to Hua Hin and was not planning to stay but after our dogs surgery took longer time and needed to stay at the veterinary for a few days I booked a hotel. Nothing special, just a normal room. 

Booked the room, got the confirmation email and saw in confirmation email that the picture was the room I wanted. 

Came to the hotel to see that it was not the room we booked and the girl at the reception was nice and changed the room and she was going to call agoda about this situation which was no problem.

At our new room me and my girlfriend tried from both our mobiles and did the same booking with the exact same settings only to see that my room was then more expensive but her's was the price I paid in the booking. We did it again but this time filmed everything with a 3rd mobile phone in case to have as evidence and we got the same results.

A girl from Agoda called and I explained the situation and told her about the different prices on both our mobile phone only to hear that I did the wrong booking and I made the mistake. That phone call did not end well.

Ive attached screen shot from my girlfriends mobile and my mobile phone with my booking and room pictures from agoda.

I know agoda doesnt care about the customers as what does Agoda care if they lose one faithful customer and who cares if a customer complains but in the end they all add up and then its too late to turn things around. 

Dont know why im writing this email as it will not make any difference and I only feel sorry for the person who has to read it (sorry that it has to be you whoever you are and hope you still have a great day).

Agoda [protected]

hi,
Due to the flooding in Koblenz and surrounding areas we have decided to defer our visit to this area. My intention was to rebook but once i cancelled i was not able to rebook. Can you confirm whether we should proceed with our stay or can we defer til later in the year.

Agoda My hotel booking biled twice

My first attempt online booking for Le Royal Amman for one night was at first declined as questionable by my bank. I called the bank and was told I can go ahead and run card tgrough again. I quickly cancelled by pressung a button and proceeded to rebook for sane room on same date.

I receuvef notice that the initial cancellation was nonrefundable. Instead ai was billed twice on my credit card.

After appealing to both the hotel and to agoda customer service, I was met with resistance. Adter second email, agoda offered an agoda cash coupon of half of the room cost redeemable on any future credit card booking with Agoda.

I wrote back twice that this no refund was unacceptable. Agoda insists twice that I accept the Agoda Cash coupon of half the room
Price.

So literally, I have been billed twice for a room, both amounts nonrefundable!

I am due to check in a week from today and already upset about my experience with Agoda. Both partirs blame each others' non refundable policies.

Can you help me resolve this?

Agoda My booking.

I hav done my booking from agoda 25 july bt hotel residency jalandhar said our inventory is closed.so what i do its hotels fault.and agoda website problm plz i want to refund my money and give me a trustable answer.bcoj im not satisfied with the service of hotel.

Agoda False claim of hotel booking

I made payment to book an hotel through Agoda on the 17th of July for Mayor's and Diplomats Hotel GRA. The hotel was not informed and they received no payment from Agoda and yet I got a booking notification from Agoda.
All efforts to reach Agoda or even cancel my booking proved abortive.
They collected my money - 19, 000 Naira and they did not provide the service.
I have the mail of hotel booking in my mail.

Desired outcome: I want to a refund and a contact number to reach their office in Nigeria

Agoda Cancelling hotel booking

I wanted to cancel my hotel booking but I couldn't because I didn't get my email from
Agoda nor the confirmation from them if my hotel is booked they didn't receive my call and I kept trying to call them again and again. I rate agoda 0 out of 10 worst experience with worst customer service. Never going to book here again! They even provided me the wrong booking number when I have entered in the website they said no booking found but then I called the property and they informed me I got a reservation so I wanted to cancel it but they said only agoda can do it! I seriously don't understand how are they treating customers here. No customer satisfaction!

Desired outcome: I need cancel my booking! And receive my customer service call!
