My name is Charles Belyea. On July 16/19 I flew from Vancouver, BC (flt 695) to Mexico City where I was to connect with a flight to Puerto Vallarta (flt 2160). I missed that flight by minutes partly due to my confusion in three flights loading through that gate at almost the same time.Your customer service people were great at getting me on a flight two hrs later but in doing so my return flights were cancelled and re issued. My spanish is non existent so I had trouble understanding what he was doing. WHY do I have to pay again to fly back to Vancouver when I didn't change my itinerary? I understand there is a fee for rebooking the missed flight. My flights were booked through cheapOair and their rep told me to contact your rep who told me to send this e-mail.
