Shadow bans on Call of duty Warzone 2
I recently have travelled to the USA on vacation, my girlfriend has a pc so I set up a battle net account and continued to play as I normally would.
I have now been Shadow banned around 11 times with varying time limits of each ban. Each time my account is restored as I am not using third party software or game altering engines to cheat. I lost multiple weeks of playable experience and am reluctant to buy the full game from the service I have received. I understand that once my account is under review there is nothing I can do other than to wait for it to be lifted. Frankly I love the idea of the report system and having the player base be able to report suspected cheaters. However as an above average player with a 2+kd I am getting continuously mass reported as this is the only viable reason for the repeated bans. I'd love to see this feature have some sort of fail safe in place or potential white listing of accounts who have a track record of high kill games and repeated lifting of shadow bans. Its obviously highly frustrating being a genuine player who has supported the company for 10+ years and has invested countless months of my life only to be left with a bad experience on this most recent Call of duty. The desired outcome would be to lift my Shadow ban and to white list my account or begin fixing the mass reporting issue so players like myself don't continue having their gaming experience ruined.

Desired outcome: Account restored from Shadow ban and white listed to avoid future bans or potentially fixing the reporting systems so players cannot spam report individuals like myself who are capable of dropping high kill games.

It's absolutely absurd how I got banned for no reason. Why are we letting idiots be able to mass report when they're butthurt they lost. This game is toxic as is but let's let a bunch of idiots be able to shut accounts down for no reason. I paid $80 for this game, never cheat, and barely ever even talk on my mic yet I'm banned but actual cheaters aren't? Make is make sense.

Shadowban Again
It's getting out of control, but I'm not sure how to say it. This is the 7th time I've received an unjustified shadow ban. Why am I being penalized for playing well in the game if I'm doing well? It's out of control now. I purchased the game for the second time on this account to support my real-life friends in playing, but you guys keep doing this shadowban for no apparent reason. From Black ops 3, I have been a supporter of yours, so please fix your game issue. I spent almost $175 on your game, which is just so unfair to me. It is quite unpleasant to be unable to play the game on a Monday Afternoon .And have to wait for you guys to un shadow ban me for days.
Desired outcome: I request a fix ASAP cuz its really frustrating im on my spring break and cant even enjoy they game.
I have the same issue. Activision will do absolutely nothing about it.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II
Unable to play the game due to constant shadow bans(Account under review) one after the other, There's no way to appeal them either, They aren't dealt with in a timely manner. The whole of season 2 I've been almost completely unable to play the game, The shadow bans get lifted but there's no grace period and I get re-shadow banned straight away.
Desired outcome: Shadow bans to no longer exist or to no longer punish innocents/non-toxic players.
Modern Warfare 2 / Warzone 2
As a loyal and genuine fan of the Series, I obviously bought the game to grind for skins and prestige again. Having bought the vault edition and grinding the Battle Pass, I left my home in February 23 to work offshore for two months. Came back home and casually wanted to play a game of shipment, just to find my account had been permanently banned for no reason. Looking at my KDR and other stats, it's evident I never used cheating software. Besides that, it wouldn't make sense AT ALL tot cheat on a main account that has existed for 10 years. Appealing on the support page does obviously not work. Second appeals are not possible and emailing does not work either.
It is absolutely outrageous that Activision goes around taking money from customers to then unfairly ban paying customers without giving any opportunity to actually appeal individual cases.

I've been falsely banned on this game. I have not cheated on this game and never will. I've tried reaching activison support and got a automated message back and I've made multiple tickets and they all given me the same response. I believe that they haven't looked into this issue at all and don't even care. This has happened on august of 2022 and hasn't been resolved sense. Im posting this on March, 28 2023

Banned for literally no reason. Activision have done false bans several times but they never seem to learn and have an automated ban and appeal system that customer services can't see? Seems like an oversigh tor a lie to me.
I have sent a section 15 request to them but there is no reply yet which is again weird as to operate in the UK you have to adhere to this by law.
I am awaiting a few more days then will he taking legal action for activision breaching their contracts and the law of my country.
It also banned my partners account even though they haven't played in months as soon as I logged on so clearly a hardware or IP ban.
Yet again it is a legal requirement to provide all information you have about people in the UK (written and digital) under section 15 - using a kernel based system is in itself pretty unethical with the amount of information you have access too (and the fact they use China companies for reviewing this data is a little concerning also)
Desired outcome: Reactivation of accounts or full refunds for games, previous games it also banned (ad it banned every COD title when they never were) and full refunds for any COD points spent.
Urgent: unfair treatment from activision (constant shadow bans)

My name is Abhinav Attri, I have been playing Call of Duty for over a decade and for past 30 days, I've been having the utmost unpleasant experience playing MW2 / Warzone 2. For some reason, I've been shadow banned twice in the last 30 days without any prior notification from either Activison or Infinity Ward. I do not cheat, and you don't have to take my word for it, please have a second look at my combat records, my past service records since 2019 (MW19). I have neither been banned, nor shadowed for any unauthorized activity in my time playing Call of Duty. My gaming experience includes a streamer portfolio on YouTube which if anything, would put me at a high risk of bad reputation if I ever intend to hack in any of the video games I've played during my streaming career.
Though I understand my bans are not available for appeal, all I ask is that when my shadow banned period is over, please whitelist my account so that I don't suffer the same fate every 15 days. Needless to say, this has been a highly unfair treatment and excruciatingly painful experience. I'm looking for a speedy resolution from your end.

Since December 2022 I have consistently getting shadow banned for no reason, every time that I get shadow banned I need to wait 1 week until I can play normally the game. This is frustrating because I have payed for a lot of games like: modern warfare, modern warfare 2, Black ops cold war, and vanguard. I have put so much time and effort into this games and now its all ruined because every time my account gets unshadow banned I can only play a few games and then I get disconnected from the servers and get shadow banned again. I contacted you a few days ago and got no help, they said I just needed to wait until my account was finished being reviewed, I waited and yesterday I got my account unshadow banned and today I get it shadow banned again. Therefore I beg you to please help me find a solution to this problem or at least give me a refund of the game so that I can buy this game again from other account since you ruined my account

I have been wrongly shadow banned in MW2 for days now while my account is "Under Review" I have not been able to play the game I paid $69.99 for and they are doing nothing about it. I have sent many emails and no response. It is not hard to tell I am not cheating just looking at my K/D. this is extremely unfair to me, I paid for this game and I cannot even play it.
Desired outcome: I would appreciate a response, an apology and to be unshadow banned so I can continue to play the game I paid for.

Looking at my K/D ratio and my stat's it would be quite obvious that I'm not cheating, I just enjoyed playing this game (for the brief few hours I was able to play it) as it brought back happy memories of playing the original Modern Warfare 2.
Additionally, as your software has had access to the kernel level of my computer, I am requesting access to the data and logs that show evidence of the unauthorized software that you claim was running on my computer. Furthermore, as your reply seems like a blanket automated reply, I wish to make an access request under Article 15 of the GDPR regulations for a copy of any information you keep about me, on computer or in manual form in relation to the above incident including the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling and meaningful information about how decisions are made, the significance and the consequences of processing.
To summarize I am requesting an investigation into the unauthorized software you claim was running on my computer along with the logs and personal data you have obtained from me. I will happily co-operate by allowing a security engineer access to my PC to investigate, either through physical drop off or through a remote session.
Furthermore, now as I have no way to play either the multiplayer or the campaign, I am requesting a full refund for $280 as the Digital content I paid for is not fit for purpose.

A few months ago, I was unjustly banned by your company for "use of unauthorized software and manipulation of game data." I am absolutely certain that I am innocent of these accusations, and I believe that my ban is a result of a mistake made by your system.
I have tried to contact activision and blizzard multiple times to get more information about why I was banned and to get my money back, but they have been unresponsive and unhelpful. I feel that their lack of transparency and unwillingness to provide any explanation or recourse for my ban is a violation of my rights as a customer.

My account being hacked and the person that hacked my account got my modern warfare account banned
I played MW (Modern Warfare) 2019 since it came out and i put so much time. money and effort into it. I stopped playing for a good while and when i decided to play it again all my emails and passwords had changed. I contacted support and they managed to recover my account which was good but when i logged into battle net it says that my MW account has been permanently banned so whoever hacked my account and was using it has breached the game rules and got me banned which i find really unfair. I tried making a ban appeal and they denied it but I'm really not happy that i have put a lot of my time and money into this game just for someone to hack my account and get me banned. I have proof of purchases made from my account if this helps

I have never used cheating software or hacking tools. I am always good at video games, I was banned permanently after 5 games of dome24/7 in multiplayer with real life friends. We lost 3 of the 5 matches, even though I had a good amount of kills. How I attained a high score is by using my brain, if I see laser sight in the smoke obviously an enemy team is there, also some of the enemies were using dragon breath shotgun rounds so it is a dead giveaway of their location. After each match, I have been cursed at and spam reported, which probably resulted in my ban. I find this absurd that anyone is able to spam report a player out of spite and anger that results in a ban.
I have also been banned in voice chat when I have never turned on proximity chat during my gameplay. My in game name is not offensive or discriminatory, either. I have failed in my appeal when I received a copy and paste reply stating that I have been manipulating software, of which I cannot even request evidence for. Also my account has been shadowbanned multiple times before but lifted. Logically this does not make sense, if I were really cheating, and Activision have a zero tolerance, wouldn’t I have been banned during those shadowbanned periods where my account was under review?

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II | Warzone 2.0 (Shadowban)
I got, like thousands of others, unfairly shadowbanned.
A shadowban essentially puts you on servers (if you manage to find one, sometimes I have to wait 45 minutes+ for a game) with other shadowbanned people, including those who were rightly so (actual cheaters).
This is the second time I've been shadowbaned, my previous ban was lifted after a week, with no rhyme or reason given to me as to why I was banned.
Their support does not reply, outside of automatic replies consisting of "please read our code of conduct". Which I actually have. I rarely do, because I never cheat, but there has to be something special in this one, since I've gotten shadowbanned twice. Found nothing in the CoC that I could've broken. A representative from Activision has also said that they shadowban people on random, just to see if they cheat.
I haven't even performed well in-game. This is totally unjustified and after spending ~$90 on the game and being unable to play it, something that's illegal under current laws in the EEA.
Desired outcome: I would like the REASON as to why I've been shadowbanned, and I'd like to have my account UNBANNED, since there is NO reason as to why I am shadowbanned.

This night log on to COD (02/16), play a single match and suddenly get kicked off the server, only to find out I have been banned. After searching the web on how to get unbanned, I found that I most likely won't get my account back. Hundreds of people have been wrongfully banned and given automated responses. The part that frustrates me is that I have had this account since 2017, I have never gotten banned or cheated. Please unban my account.
