Activision Call of Duty account ban

Hello, my name is Brad Duran. My Activision account was compromised on 4/27/2024. I received an email at 3:38PM MST stating that a Steam account with the username "river26blickgqk" had been linked to the Activision account. This is not my Steam account and I did not have my Steam account linked because I only play on Battle.net or Playstation. I had last played Call of Duty on my account on Battle.net at approximately 3:00AM MST was when I got off. Upon attempting to log back in on Battle.net around approximately 9:00PM MST on 4/27/2024, I was notified via email that my account had been permanently banned. I submitted a Ban Appeal but received an email stating that it would not be overturned even though I had stated that my account was compromised in the Appeal. I submitted an account recovery request, case number [protected], to which I got an email reply stating that the company was unable to process my account recovery request because they did not detect any suspicious activity on my Activision account. Shortly after finding that my account had been compromised, I changed the password to my account to prevent anyone else from accessing it. Around the same time of submitting the account recovery request, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, ID Number [protected], to which the company replied, stating that the report was being investigated and once my account was restored I would receive and email and they would have a resolution for me within 24 hours. I did not receive anything from the company for 4 days until I finally got the email stating that they were unable to process the request. The only contact I've had with the company is through these apparent automated emails as well as what seems like an automated response to the Better Business Bureau complaint. I have not been able to contact an individual from the company to discuss the situation nor has the company clarified what alleged software and manipulation of game data caused the account to be banned or the date or time it was detected. Below I have listed the Activision account information that has been banned, as well as the account recovery request case number and the complaint ID through the Better Business Bureau. I have also filed a complaint with the California Department of Justice.

Activision Banned account with no proof

Hello, my name is Jose Gonzalo Lopez. My Activision account was compromised on 3/29/2024. Upon attempting to log back in on Battle.net around approximately 6:00PM CST on 4/4/2024, I was notified via email that my account had been permanently banned.

I submitted a Ban Appeal but received an email stating that it would not be overturned even though I had stated that my account was compromised in the Appeal.

I submitted an account recovery request, case number [protected], to which I got an email reply stating that the company was unable to process my account recovery request because they did not detect any suspicious activity on my Activision account. Shortly after finding that my account had been compromised, I changed the password to my account to prevent anyone else from accessing it.

Around the same time of submitting the account recovery request, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, ID Number [protected], to which the company replied, stating that the report was being investigated and once my account was restored I would receive and email and they would have a resolution for me within 24 hours. I did not receive anything from the company for 4 days until I finally got the email stating that they were unable to process the request.

The only contact I've had with the company is through these apparent automated emails as well as what seems like an automated response to the Better Business Bureau complaint. I have not been able to contact an individual from the company to discuss the situation nor has the company clarified what alleged software and manipulation of game data cause the account to be banned or the date or time it was detected.

Hey Jose, keep pushing for a response from Activision's customer service and try to get in touch with a real person instead of just automated emails. Use social media platforms or any direct customer service numbers if available. Make sure to document all your communications as you might need to escalate the issue further if not resolved soon. Activision Modern warfare 3, warzone, Activision

The problem I'm having is regarding a WRONGFULLY banned account by Activision on the 5th of April 2024 for "unauthorized software and manipulation of game data". This ban is illogical for several reasons:1) I have never cheated in any Call of Duty game on PlayStation 5 from which Ive been banned 2) Ive been banned on platforms including Steam where I have NEVER installed or played Call of Duty I only play on PlayStation 5 3) My Call of Duty statistics and playtime are legitimate; I've not engaged in any malicious activity 4) I always update my games and consoles with official software and havent modified hardware or software against TOS 5) No unauthorized sharing or use of my gaming accounts has occurred The nature of the dispute with Activision centres on the lack of support for my appeal. The automatic dismissal of my initial appeal without proper examination or personal response has compounded the frustration and stress caused by this ban, amplified by my purchases of the game, underlining my financial commitment and serious approach to gaming. Moreover, Activisions support team has not communicated clearly and transparently, leaving me without a proper channel to contest this wrongful accusation.I request a thorough review of my account activities and direct communication with a customer service representative who can clarify the alleged violations, which I vehemently deny. Activision's accusation of cheating is deeply insulting. If unresolved, I will seek legal recourse and publicize this through consumer groups and gaming platforms to expose Activision's unfair practices. I've linked proof of never playing Call of Duty on Steam, yet I am banned. Because my compromised account has my email inaccessible, I want to change this email but Activision refuse to help me validate it claiming they prove my ownership. I can’t even see my so called ban in activisions support site. They see my name I have proof of purchases and screenshots of my inaccessible email address linked to my social platforms accounts. I am a loyal customer since 2015, in 2024 am banned. The hackers steam account link must show it was recent. This a failure on activision for not securing accounts from being hacked.

Activision Modern Warfare 3. Activision.

Dear Sir / Madam,

In relation to the email sent at 02:23AM on the 21/04/2024 stating that my account "has been permanently banned for using unauthorized software and manipulation of game data" (no case number, however my activison account is fardec13#5718881 and email address [protected]@hotmail.com) and that my ban will not be overturned is completely unfair for someone who has paid £84.99 for the game and has never run any type of cheating software on my PS5 or any console for that matter.

Looking at my K/D ratio and my stat's it would be quite obvious that I'm not cheating, I just enjoyed playing this game (I haven't been active on the game for months until I tried last night) as it brought back happy memories of playing the original Modern Warfare 2.

Additionally, as your software has had access to the kernel level of my console, I am requesting access to the data and logs that show evidence of the unauthorized software that you claim was running on my console. Furthermore, as your reply seems like a blanket automated reply, I wish to make an access request under Article 15 of the GDPR regulations for a copy of any information you keep about me, on computer or in manual form in relation to the above incident including the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling and meaningful information about how decisions are made, the significance and the consequences of processing.

To summarize I am requesting an investigation into the unauthorized software you claim was running on my console along with the logs and personal data you have obtained from me. I will happily co-operate by allowing a security engineer access to my console to investigate, either through physical drop off or through a remote session.

Furthermore, now as I have no way to play either the multiplayer or the campaign, I am requesting a full refund for £84.99 as the Digital content I paid for is not fit for purpose.

Activision Call of Duty Account

Dear Activision,

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unjust permanent ban of my account in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3.

On April 18, 2024, I purchased the game excited to get into the new cod. However, upon attempting to access the game for the first time, I was greeted with the notification that my account had been permanently banned for purportedly using unauthorized software and manipulating game data.

I want to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with this situation. I have been an avid player of the Call of Duty franchise for years and have never resorted to cheating or any form of unfair gameplay tactics. Activision Being constantly banned on my headphones

I'll admit I called a kid a [censored] only after he used the N word an obscenely amount of times, so I took the 3 day ban. Only to get it back yesterday I played 4 a couple hours, didnt say anything not even to the team i was playing with, they were [censored]in bout the other team cheating, again said nothing because ultimately its not worth it, went 2 work, only 2 play 2day 2 c a 14 day ban, who can I talk 2 bout this, cuz now I'm getting severe bans 4 winning in game, and not even saying a thing, I'm not even using my headphones, u need 2 do better in investigating I'm 44 years old, and these kids r banning people 4 beating them or just group punishing 4 a select few. If not corrected I'll just stop playin this game 4 good, I've been with call of duty 4 20 years, this is out of hand

Activision Hacked by gentleman who appear connected

After problems and expressing "lefty" views on X against slavery my phone was illegally accessed hacked.

There is some indication that this was being done before this by LVMH & Phillip Green based on the comments of the related lawsuit I found and things which occurred.

I discussed a dislike for slavery on X and shortly after what appears to be a bogus lawsuit was put through the courts which basically stated that the defendants planned to subject someone to illegal modern slavery via covert and digital means. Which would include extreme financial exploitation, financial abuse, theft of intellectual property and ideas, befriending with the goal to extract sexual data, feticide, rape. Charlene Latham.

I was then groomed on IG and Lipstickalley around this time. I also found out that the people involved were directly the celebs and associates of ales Twins and Beyonce,

On close inspection it appeared he was streaming this scam to corporations and videos/movies were distributed from the illegal hacking of my phone.
(I have evidence to support this and the relevant bogus legal lawsuit suggests the same)
The "plaintiff" also seems to have run for republican presidency.

After the abuse my algorithm on IG became altered and my feed began to show perversion, threats and things connected to the interactions I had. This was NOT the regular algorithm.

I had previously invested heavily in ads on IG which started showing no traction even after improving content and my account was sabotaged with sex and illuminati bots.

My pixel appeared to be provided intentionally to competitors to drive me out of the market, I recieved emails and followers which encouraged suicide or repeated excepts of conversations I had at home or insinuating I'd miss my time to be a mother.

I was stalked, my vehicle tampered with on more than 4 occasions.

My models began parroting parts of my conversations had at home.

It appears the boys involved were heavily paid for being part of it or the face of it.

Shortly after my family started acting weird some crying, worried and scared, one gave me unwrapped gifts that hinted at nazis.

This abuse has been ongoing for 4 years.

I cannot say for certain who the billionaire elites were that paid for this to occur and watched as the lawsuit suggests but I do know who he constantly referenced.

*** The gentleman involved REGULARLY reference this brand.

The are on Zuckerberg's friend list.

I've been blackmailed and recieved veiled death threats INCLUDING info about being skinned alive or my face cut off.

They laughed about me going to the food bank to save money for my business, the laughed about blackface and had discussions with me about Sara Baartman and Ota Benga. When you understand these were black people kept in human zoos for white viewing you see how depraved what they did is to make these CEOs laugh for money.

The gentlemen involved have done this to a number of people and publicly laundered payment from my abuse.
I will fight everyday to expose what's happening.

They promised to destroy my life and harm my family for speaking up. The world should know.

As a result based on the evidence I believe Activision Blizzard CEOs sponsor these gentlemen and if they are not involved in the illegal voyeurism of women these gentlemen abuse for public entertainment, then they are still sponsoring him and he has multiple complaints of rape that have been suppressed.

That coupled with all the other allegations from women about this company is why I cannot support them.

Thanks Activision for being so supportive of my 10 year old son. After I contacted the better business Bureau the guy who called me on the phone from El segundo, California. Had the nerve over the phone to tell me well there is nothing we can do about your kids fresh restart but look at the bright side he can't do it again. I was so upset I am done with them. Reply back if you have had a similar thing happen to your 10 year old kid or even yourself.

Ronald C: Regarding the award, I'm afraid that using this award will completely reset a player's account in the game like it has never played the game before. There are warnings when using this award in the game and one of it's warning states that if this award is used, the stats can no longer be restored to the account. This is due to the account data being deleted in our system once this award is used in the game.

Activision Warzone

Dear Sir/Madam,

My account on activision with e-mail adress haure.[protected]@gmail.com and Activision ID BetterCallHau#3716599. My account has been banned and put on limited matchmaking twice in a time span of one month.

I would to complain hereby about whatever algorythm you have that establishes an account is eligible for a limited matchmaking ban pending review.

Whatever it is, the system is faulty and as you may already know impact alot of players across the world. Players have to wait for 5 to 10 days before the ban is lifted. Most of the accounts put on the limited matchmaking list end up being unbanned since alot of the bans are due to unvalid and ungrounded reports from other players in game.

Please adress this frustrating issue that affects a substantial amount of players.

Activision Poor game choice on warzone

Just wanted to make a complaint about the poor game choices available right now as some of us only plays plunder with friends and we’re no good at anything else. This takes the fun out of this game by removing a game that we have a chance at having fun.

Just don’t understand why you guys not have all the option to the public.

Activision Call of duty account been hacked

I regret to inform you that my account has been compromised by a fraudulent individual on February 16, 2024, at approximately 13:06. The perpetrator changed all account details, including my name and purchases. To address this issue, I deactivated my Activision account. I urgently seek assistance in rectifying this situation, including compensation for any damages incurred and addressing the security breach on my account

Activision Banned for no reason, fake ban

Hello my name is angel I played warzone whit my account [protected]@abv. Bg and player id: explode#6946305

Before 5 days when I played I was banned for no reason I was 5 days I llmited matchmaking state after this 5 days I got a pernament ban for no reason I appeal the ban and they told me that I have manipulate the game but that is nor true I buy this game I spend money on it I know very good what will happen if I use cheat I wont my case to be checked again and ban removed becouse this is wrong ban I write a appeal also to blizzard, bbb.org and I will write everywhere that e can becouse this ban is not legit and if I am cheater I will not send appeals everywhere I will just make new account and play

Activision mw2/mw3

Customer support is useless and feed you the exact same scripted message.

I have been shadowbanned now FOURTEEN TIMES with absolutely zero help or explanation. Typically these are 2 week long states of where you can still open the game and buy bundles! That’s about it though because you won’t find any lobbies or the lobby you do find will have 100ms+ ping with people rage hacking/ aimbotting, etc. For me personally this equates to roughly over half a year of being denied access to a product and service I paid for. The amount of people this has affected is surely capable of alarming the FTC, we all know how they feel about you and Microsoft. Can we all say mass arbitration?

Activision Call of Duty

Hey Act, me again I was trying to do a boost in game using a mod to use a FSR3 with my GTX 1080, I never use something to unlock or hack the game. You can see my historical with the game, could you help me with this?

I play this game during the pandemic and help me a lot and I would like to continue play this game. Sorry for bad English.

Activision Call of Duty account ban

I recently re-downloaded Call of Duty to play with my friends to find out my account had been hacked and then banned. I can’t fix it via the website because a webpage error will not let me log in to appeal a ban. I’m furious as someone who has spent tons of money on previous call of duties it is very frustrating that you can’t call a help line or even speak with a person. My personal email is [protected]@aol.com and my Xbox email is Timothy.[protected]@aol.com please help me appeal this ban and fix my account that should’ve been safe while I wasn’t playing

Activision Call of Duty Modern warfare 2

Like many, many hundreds / thousands of others, I woke one morning to log onto my game to find I was permanently banned for using illegal software / manipulation of game data. I am a very casual game with a very poor k/d ratio who plays to unwind in my spare time. I do not cheat, never have and dont condone the thousands of overseas cheats who continually plague lobbies.

The appeal process is a scam which means they send an automated email to say the ban is being upheld. Your anti-cheat software is pathetic, allowing cheats to continually ruin the game while banning hundreds / thousands of innocent players.

Scamming company with absolutely no customer service.

Desired outcome: Re-instatement of my game account / full re-imbursement of all purchases made on my banned account

Activision cod mw3 2023 anti cheat

Hi I've received a temporary ban sign on my mw3 2023 account. I haven't done anything remotely close to a ban! I don't use game chat it's turned off and I do not hack I have a day job and only play a few hours a day when possible! I've paid £70 for a game that I can't play properly because of a shadow ban for nothing. Please sort this out its because I'm an iridescent player and people don't like when I drop a good game and I get spam reported. This isn't on been a passionate cod gamer since cod4 and never been banned for 15 years of playing. Not good I look forward to playing and then this happens please un shadow ban my account. Not how they should treat a player of 15 years of playing they system is so wrong and punishing good players for no reason.

Desired outcome: Get my account back to normal. And get me out these shadow ban lobbies full of hackers and sort the anti cheat out. Just because you get spam reported for having a good game and this happens! Absolute jokers.

Activision Customer support are useless..

My account was hacked on 13 October 2023 I reach out to Activision support for assistance. But all they are doing is sending me the same old message the whole time. Activision is only they're for my money but when it comes to support their nowhere to be found. I send emails videos, photos and even screenshots and still no luck. I tried thousands of times to make recovery form but still no help all I get is the same old message.

Activision Rip off

Hey Activision you're in so much for a rush to put out a game every game of Call of Duty for Modern Warfare to tomorrow more fair-free every time I try to play a game I'm lagging I'm getting Ben with tissues and I said it's only whenever a place called why is that and it's not me it's multiple multitude of people that have complained and years don't seem to have the right act to fix it now that you get on there shut it down for a few days get it going properly sort out all your f****** server issues and have a and have a go
