Activision Bad website support

No contact phone number to call into for help no email link to send in information for help. When support ticket is put in which I have put in 3 of them now to try and get my 2 step authentication removed since i do not have back up codes for i get a response not enough information cannot validate situation at the time your ticket has been closed the [censored] you mean closed it hasn't even been resolved you lazy fat [censored], money grubbing cheap [censored] Dev team that can't buy rights to [censored] so half your game gets removed at release. Fix your [censored].

Desired outcome: For your dev team to fix the [censored]ing bugs in the game, and for my account to get me [censored]ing recovery, added to this is a better [censored]ing support option section on thier [censored]ty website that doesn't just lead in a [censored]ing dead end loop.

Activision modern warfare 2 and warzone

my account is under review after being review 5 days ago. this is the 3rd time I've been shadow banned for no reason. I am confident the 3rd review will result in the same this. I'm being punished for being good at the game. simply put I've decided to follow thru with my past threats of filing a small claims case against you for unfair treatment emotional distress and for all my micro transactions. I'm unable to contact you to speed up the review process or find a reason for my account being reviewed in the first place. I'm tired of feeling like my account is being targeted and my ping being sabotaged

Desired outcome: shadow ban lifted, as an explanation to why this is happening, and assurance it won't happen again.

Activision I would like to be able to access my online account again.

On May 17, 2022, I put in a ticket with Activision to be able to access my online account. I had enabled 2 Factor Authentication prior to me getting a new phone and at the time did not realize my authenticator codes would not transfer. I have gone through all of my emails, and I did not have any backup codes. I received an email for an Activision Support member asking for some of my information to be able to assist. I provided the information requested and that was the end of the story. It is now 6 months later, and I still am unable to have any access to my account.

Activision Account support/call of duty mw 2019/ cold war/ warzone/ mw2 2022

So after taking a year long break from CoD, I decided to purchase the newest release, Moder Warfare 2 for XboxOne. After 3 and half hours of downloading and installing the game, I set up my display/audio settings and controller settings only to be met with the unrightful Caserma-Rhino permaban. Not even a single second of a match played. I don't even know what the menu looks like.

After doing some research I come to find out that THOUSANDS of customers are having this issue, and that you can file an appeal through your activision account. When I try to log in to my activision account (which I set up YEARS ago using the xbox tab under the log in boxes) I only get a "Sorry, theres been an unexpected error" page. I can find nothing to help me recover the email of my account.

I've sent multiple emails, as well as filed multiple tickets for assistance only to receive nothing in return. I've called their support number and all that does is tell you to go to the support website.

Desired outcome: I would like my account to be unbanned and assistance in getting my log-in information

Activision Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2

Today at 01:00 AM I played Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 and it crashed.

The game itself crashes allot in the multiplayer with weird error codes.

I verified my Steam game files stated I needed to redownload 18 files and went to bed. When I woke up and wanted to play Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 at 10:00 AM, I was banned with the message CASERMA RHINO.

I made a ban-appeal, but the automatic message/bot stated that there was 'Malicious software' or 'Game manipulation'. I never cheated or hacked in any game. I already played for 93 hours. Completed the campaign and got all the achievements in coop.

On twitter the Activison Support account just doesn't respond to messages.

I purchased Vault Editon for 100 Euro and got banned after 2 weeks without any valid reason. Apparently allot of people have the same ban. (A problem with Steam and verification)

Desired outcome: A valid reason WHY I was banned + unban for my account as I never used cheats / hacks.

Activision Unfair banning

See I took a multi month long break only for the first time I come back to play I see I'm banned so I try to get it appealed and I'm told it's final?! I'm sorry I'm a high-school drop out I don't have the slightest Clue how to manipulate data also what counts as unauthorized software? Cause I was playing on an Xbox also also I hadn't played In months so to ban me when I was inactive which means I couldn't of done what they claim its unfair and should be changed

HELLO , just got the game yesterday, wasn't going to but a bunch of my friends did, played for a couple hours mostly coop, and today i wake up to lifetime ban with no appeal?

No explanation , this is theft?

Activision Modern Warfare 2 ban

This is ridiculous now, I've received a perma ban for no reason. When I tried to appeal it I got an automated message which everyone else with the same issue has gotten. Clearly Activision have just had a bot auto replying and not got anyone to actually check the issue. I played for an hour (and granted not well, only doing best with a 0.94 KD, yeah totally cheating...). This is outrageous treatment of someone who spent £60 on a game for only an hours worth of gameplay.

Desired outcome: Account unban or a refund.

Activision Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II

The bug is in playing campaign and also multiplayer. I use a PC to play MWII which is of course is in range of its specs like rtx 3050 and i5 11th gen. The screen flickers a lot or freezes randomly even with a stable network connection. In campaign after a few min the shader warning appears and the game freezes and flickers multiple time and then other windows showing that the "MWII application has stopped responding". I tried everything like reinstalling the game, updating drivers, reinstalling windows 10 and "scan and repair" the game. But after all, the problem still occurs, and it seem like it's a bug problem, so I decided to report it here. Please fix the problem as soon as possible and this game is my first COD game in my life. Maybe the first impression of the game to me was not as good as expected but i still believe that after the solution, I might be able to enjoy the game. Thank you

Desired outcome: I want this problem solved as quickly as possible so I can enjoy the game especially campaign

Activision I have been shadow banned

I want my account looking into ASAP I have a 1.68 kd have had my account since verdansk and last night I was shadow banned and now can't play its totally unfair! I have never cheated on this game and don't think it's fair it could take over 2 weeks to sort out.

Activision Call of Duty Warzone

I have been writing emails to Activision for days now, and it's to the point where they are not even responding, as if they are purposely ignoring me. I even emailed them today, and how do I know that they are ignoring me? Well I wrote them a week ago talking about my account being constantly shadowbanned, and it was answered almost immediately with a scripted email that all reps send. I did another one about two-three days later, and it was answered immediately with the same email basically lol. Now I am emailing them, and no one has been responding for days where. I had to close my case and open a new one because no one is responding to the old one and guess what? Still no response from them even with the new case. To talk about how it started well in early September around the 13th I had a 37-kill game in Fortunes Keep which was over 3 weeks ago, I noticed the shadowban the next day, its funny becasue when I was shadowbanned early in the year it also happened when I had a 38 kill game on Fortunes Keep like I guess I cant go crazy on Fortunes keep or rebirth for that matter or I'm cheating. Anyways when the restriction was supposedly lifted I played, and in the SAME DAY, ONLY 4 games later, I was shadowbanned AGAIN and that happened when I got 18 kills. Now every time I get 18 kills, I get disconnected from the server as if I'm banned or shadowbanned. Now, the funny thing is when the restriction was supposedly lifted, I played about four games, and the fourth game was the game I got 18 kills, and that is when I got shadowbanned again supposedly. I say supposedly because it leaves me to believe my restriction was never lifted because the rep mentioned that this happens because the of the fact you are shadowbanned, which now clearly shows I would have been shadowbanned for over 3 weeks now, creeping up on a month time-frame. Think about it truly, if I get disconnected from the server and it is a shadowban issue like the rep states for the 18 kill disconnection then how has my account ONLY been under review for one week when it has been happening for over 3 weeks straight. Check my COD tracker at DontPanix#11394 and you can clearly see this problem happening for over 3 weeks consectively so how is it ONLY been under review for a week. And if that is the case, where my account has been under review for only a week then why have I been getting disconnected from the server after 18 kills for 3 weeks straight? I didn't even play for some days because I do not enjoy playing in rage hacking lobbies but I'm so addicted to the game that its the only thing I can play because everything else does not work or I'm there all day waiting. So can someone PLEASE help me understand the logic here because I'm surely not dumb, nor do I believe any members of Activision are, common sense may not be present in some cases but I do not think anyone is incompetent at whatsoever. I have talked to Activision over and over about WHAT CAN I DO TO STOP THIS FROM HAPPENING because I am not trying to get my restriction lifted to be right back at square one constantly. Swagg, Biffle, Aydan, Huskers, and even cheating [censored] Nadia so on and so forth are not the only people who are capable of high-kill games; it's just called practicing, which doesn't pay off obviously because when you practice to get better you get punished for it as if I'm supposed to stay sugar honey ice tea at the game([censored]). Anything you practice in life, you will eventually get better at until you master your craft, whether it's gaming, cooking, sports, acting, writing, singing, you name it, they all have the same damn concept, the more you practice, the better you ultimately get. So, I don't know what you guys want me to do seriously like I'm sorry I am not bad at the game truly, but the way Activision reps respond just sounds the same while they copy and paste the same scripted [censored] email about if infractions are found blah blah blah, which I keep saying I am not worried about because I DO NOT cheat at the game like it's not that serious, really it is not. Just to be clear I am not yelling I am just empathizing certain words so you get the importance of the matter. I understand for you guys it's just a job, and some of you guys are not passionate about it I get it, or you not passionate about your customers which because the level of customer service is terrible I am sorry, I absouletly adore you guys games but regarding help services its just shouldn't be expected from a big organization such as yourself. COMMUNICATION is everything and you guys have the worst way of going about it, I mean look what I have to do just to get help lol its sad. I have NEVER IN MY LIFE written a complaint about anything but for you guys I have too because we literally have no way of contacting someone with real -time help. Everything is wait wait wait. Not to mention on the support website you create a case, and more than half the time you can't even respond back to the support email because they close it on you. You can't write everything you want in your initial message due to a sizing format, and then after the first message they close the case without any back and forth communication. They dont ask you if there is anything else I can help with, like they dont do anything but hurry up and end your case to move to some other person to give them the same treatment. This seriously shows the level of passion and respect for the customers the support team has. Not to mention the customers are why any business thrives and last from start to finish so to X out the main factor of business and treat them poorly says a lot about the company. First impressions are always everything and Activision has a bad rep for this specifically when it comes to any situation dealing with common people like myself who arent important enough to be noticed by a big company so instead I become a nuisance, or someone who is constantly complaining when all I'm asking for is for fair treatment and some decent level of customer service. It doesn't have to be extraordinary even though it should be due to your organizations status but is not even sub par of that which is just terrible. I mean you make a product to sell to the public which is the customer right and the same customers blessing you is the same ones you turn your back on, not all but MAJORITY of them, UNLESS it's a team member or a streamer bringing you guys more revenue. ONLY then is when customer service is out of this world I bet. We little commoners do not mean [censored] to yall because it shows. Actions speak way louder than words not to be cliche here but it does and everyone can agree to that but the support team does neither lol. They just send scripted emails and on to the next case. A BIG name streamer can be banned and or even shadowbanned and that problem can be resolved within a day for some people, not all but some. They get immediate help, with all the Activation amenities included like air conditioning, WI-FI, jacuzzi, etc, and yes I am being a smart [censored] but at the end of the day you guys know what I am getting at. Whether you want to admit it or not we all internally know the deal as we are all men and woman and definitely know how to take an obvious HINT no matter how you try to fabricate it with fluffy words to sound good to the ear, we can all truly see with our eyes that the team members dont give a crap because we regular gamers get the [censored] end of the stick constantly and just have to deal with it, or get banned with no REAL reason besides the game picking up anomalies, like the only anomaly the game is picking up is a person who is gotten better dropping high kills games. I can drop 20 kills easily and did nothing is detected from the game anomalies, then moment I start reaching 30, or 40 kills (I never got 40 yet, still grinding for that) is the moment the game starts picking up all this crazy stuff because someone like me couldn't and shouldn't be able to do that right lol? Nonetheless, no one is, helping, and team memeber is responding to me. That last rep which was two days or three days ago, told me my account has been under review for a week but that's a damn lie because my account has been shadowbanned before the Modern Warfare 2 Beta which I didn't even play because of this situation. So basically yea I just preorder a 100-dollar game and couldn't play it no big deal right I mean its not like I wanted to anyway, kinda hints the reason I preordered rather than buying when it came out but it's cool. Still, once again my account was banned BEFORE the beta and is STILL shadowbanned, which is way over the 2 weeks span. LITERALLY, no one wants to help like NO ONE, and it baffles me that a billion-dollar company has some of the worst customer service available. No actual real-time people, no live chat, and NO PHONE NUMBER, because the phone number you have to just reference us to the support site where this all began with cases and no responses lol, no customer service because it sends you back to main screen, I dont do all platforms of social media so my options are limited but if I have to contact a billion-dollar through SOCIAL MEDIA then CLEARLY something is wrong. We just send emails like we were living in the early 90s. waiting for a response that could take days or never even get responded too like my previous two case. I just do not get it. Sorry to sound frustrated, annoyed, irritated, and all the damn above, because I can't play a game I love to play, but I am sure someone if not almost every one on the support team has dealt with some form of [censored] service in their life, and knew how frustrating it is or was and that is even with a direct line to them, so IMAGINE the frustration when a BILLION-DOLLAR company has NONE of that just website forums like they are a courthouse or something. I know plenty of more important better thriving business with a multiple ways to reach via email, phone, online forums etc. How does Activision have none of that except support forums that do absolutely nothing please explain. I truly hope my problem gets resolved and I hope I do not get some salty [censored] support agent that read this and try to ban me permanently and lie about the fact there is something they found on my account when I know 1,000,000 percent there is nothing because I dont cheat, just to be spiteful because I am calling out the [censored] service I and many others received with this company. Complaints like this is important because it shows how some companies need to really reevaluate the way they service there loyal customers. I am not saying it is EVERYBODY's fault because EVERYONE does not know but for the few I have worked with that knew of the issue is the ones I am talking about and at the end of the day they represent your company which means they are ambassadors of your company, so how they portray themselves is how the company will be portrayed and once again that's with anything in life right. Perception is not always right but I'll be damn if 90 percent of the time it is as well.

Desired outcome: I want this issue to be resolved, and also I want to know how to prevent this situation from constantly happening in the future. I appreciate any and all help please and thank you sincerely.

Regarding the games in the three-week span to clarify things up so there is no confusion on anybody's part, the game does not always kick me ONLY at 18 kills, I do not want to give the impression like this is the only time I get disconnected because I do not. I have gotten disconnected at 17 kills and even less like 15 kills and 13 kills but the MAXIMUM is 18 kills and its only one game I was able to get 19 kills and that was because of an explosion that I caused and it killed someone accidentally, but the moment I actually try to purposely aim at a player it disconnects from the game. Again, 18 kills is not the only time I get kicked, but it is the max number of kills I can get before I disconnect from server and that's IF the game does not disconnect me before I even reach 18 to begin with.

The picture below shows contact since the 2nd of October, it is now the 10th of October which is over a week not to mention the weeks prior to this time when it was already shadowbanned. I am currently still shadowbanned, and you can see I made contact and was answered immediately, same-day service. Fast forward to the 8th of October, I made another case, and it was responded to the same day when my last rep would help me accomplish absolutely nothing but reiterate the same sentences every other rep sta ed about if infractions are found on account what it will result too and it nothing is detected then things will return to normal, which is another lie because it has yet to do so. I made it clear already I understood them on that aspect but it didn't stop them from constantly saying it everytime with every rep, but my problem was how do I get it to stop and none of them provided me with an answer because they just closed the damn case the moment they responded. So I created another case the same day, and two days later no response. I closed the case and opened another one today, around 1:50 pm, still no reply, and its 9:30 pm. Previous emails took less than 30 mins to get a response, but now I wait days to get no response, so this is exactly why the support system on the website is garbage, and the fact no one has extensions to contact Activision or a phone number to legitimate customer service is a joke. Like how do you get in contact with the security team, tech support, help desk, or any other department in the facility, are they announced over a loud speaker or through a blowhorn? Sure enough they have phones at their desk right, I mean shouldnt all departments have extensions to reach that destinated part of the facility for help in that specific category in which they need help with? Its a rhetorical question by the way no need to answer, but all in all its unacceptable. Even if people called constantly with complaints, its the point of running a business, you have satisfied customers, and you have unsatisfied customers but to block all is just disgusting, well not all because some people have their Activision hookups I'm sure but to not have real-time services with back and forth communication because of angry customers maybe blowing up phone lines or whatever the reason their is no number to speak with anyone directly is insulting. Why run a business if you dont want to hear the backlash, why go about a process if you dont like the feedback, why do it all if you dont like the criticism when its expected. If anything it helps you grow because you understand the faults and decide to make it better or not, and for the ones who dont i.e Activision then it shows clear as day how the company values their customers input to unfair practices or changes to their account because of Activision's flawed system. I really hope I can get help with this issue and prevent future ones from happening because this is literally insane like not even joking on so many levels this is actually insane, and the fact its coming from a company who have had their feet wet enough for years to get this system in check and should have had the foundation in tact for this sorts of issues already taken care of previous years ago show that this company only cares about the [censored] they put out and who buys it. That is where all the focus and attention is placed at, making video games and still, they mess that up instead of focusing their damn attention to building a better structure service center for us with multiple ways to get help rather than 20 different links all bringing to back to that weak [censored] support page on their website that does nothing as well as representatives who dont truly care to help you. The support team who helps are not even the people responding for the hold on the account nor do they even know how to fix it or go about it since its not their department, so why the hell are we talking them when they cant help? Would you go to a supermarket and run to the deli section asking them about electronics? SOOO why are we getting help from people who CANT HELP US lol. Why am I not able to get in contact with the team who puts the account on hold or under review to understand what the hell is going on rather than taking word from mouth people who dont even know what the hell is going on there becasue they DONT WORK IN THAT DEPARTMENT.

Activision shadowbanning every24 hours

Hey guys im wondering if your able to get in touch with activision for me please ? ive been shadowbanned 4 times now, last one lasting 15 days got out of shadowban Friday lunch 12pm and now saturday 12pm i am shadowbanned again in under 24 hours and i cannot get an answer out of them im hoping you would be able to help please

this is a mess i cant even play the game theres no third party software they keep unbanning my account but i cant even play the game for longer then a day or i get banned

Activision Call of Duty: Warzone

So about a month ago. My account was banned for "manipulation of data". I played two games before I went to work and everything was fine. I got off kind of late and i wanted to run for a bit and grab some content. I open battlenet as usual and it says my account is banned. I started doing some research and from the activsion they said they send a email on why you are banned I never recieved an email until I file to appeal the ban. which stated why I was banned. I'm still really confused as to why I was banned to begin with. I've never been shadow banned, zero strikes on my account and if you check my stats they're pretty average. After that account got banned a made a new and it was instantly shadow banned, and after a couple of hours they banned that account as well.

Desired outcome: I just really want an explaination to what happen and potentially my account back. They said since I was in posession of the account i'm at fault but i didnt do anything wrong.

Bought online the latest game call of duty for my son from Blizzard Entertainment cost 59.99 pounds

Within 15 mins of playing the game there banned his account

On checking online, it would seem that there have a bug and are banning people

By there auto security software and ignoring the problem

He then asks for Refund result compliant closed and permanently banned

Activision Shadow ban

I have been shadow banned for over a week because I made a new account and had a 5.50 KD. Now, since every game I play is nothing but legit hackers and not skilled ones it has dropped to a.85. I have emailed multiple times and nothing. I am a streamer and this has made me quit because its not fun when I die to half the lobby with aimbot and wall hacks. I have been shadow banned after making a new account so i didnt have to wait 6 months for a name change. I was 2 games in with a kill record of a little over 20. I am a streamer and this shadow ban has made me stop because it is taking forever for you slow [censored] people to fix it. Activision Call of Duty Warzone

When I try to unlink my account on the website, all I keep getting is a server error and it won't let me do anything at all. I try to call but, can't reach a single operator and clearly do not know any 7-digit extension to someone who can help me get my account unlinked. I hope that we can get the phone lines back up and running because this is fairly frustrating.

Activision my activision account with wrong email

My activision account is linked with my ps4 account bc i play on my playstation. But when i got my pc, i tried playing warzone but it wouldn't let me bc I wasn't logged into my account. So, it asked for a activision account but i didn't have one. so, when i went to the activision website. i logged in through my psn, it said some other person's email. So , I just want my account back so i can play on my pc please help.

Activision activision account

So I can't do anything with my activision account. I can log onto it, I'm on it on modern warfare for my xbox but I can't link my battle.net account to it because somehow the email that needs verified for it NEVER EXISTED. A while back I changed my name from [edited] I think and then from [edited] and somehow in that process it made a whole new account with the email [edited] and that never existed cause my email is [edited]. I think during that time I was trying to gift my friend the pack I had with the mortal anguish sniper, and something must've got screwed up in the process/ I have so much money in packs from this game and I just want to be able to play with my friends on my gaming pc i just bought. I really want to play but I have alot of time and money invested in it from when we would play on xbox and I don't want to lose it.

ALSO, I tried just creating the email on yahoo that it said it was to see if i could get the verification email but that didn't work either. Please I'm begging you can you just get this sorted out for me I really want to play on pc.

Hi there ever since i updated yesterday evening all mulityplayer games have had a lot of game lag to the point i go backwards more than i go forwards and when i chuck any type of granade of fire bottle it explodes on me or sets me on fire what is the issue will this be fixed and how long will i have to wait this game is becoming unplayable and im wanting to uninstall and never spend another penny on activision and ive brought every battlepass from the start

Activision Call of Duty Wrongful Account Banning

My Account got Banned in Call Of Duty Warzone.

I dont have any software that can change the way I play Warzone.

I only play during the weekends due to working 2 jobs.

I play warzone to get off the stress I go through week on week.

I played Satuday morning only to get banned saturday in the afternoon.

Activision Unauthorized use of my activision account

I have been playing this game since 11/2021..I have never used anyone else's name or ever downloaded any software or have ever used anything that would give me an advantage over other players.. After playing the night before...I wake up the next morning to play and it says account banned? I never received an email from anyone saying something looks weird on your account? or suspend me until its gets figured out that someone hacked my laptop..I still don't know what was done..Every skin or bundle i have ever bought was with my CC and used the same one every time...Now they stole my account and money.. I know they are smart enough to see there is no pattern of abuse..they can check my laptop i never did any data manipulation as they say ever... I don't even know what even means? Unban my account or pay me back all the money I spent. I also paid for the new COD on the same CC that I always use. I made another account that they can check to see... Now what idiot tells you I made another account? one that doesn't cheat? You are punishing me for something i didnt do

Hey J,

the exact same thing just happened to my account. I am permanently banned for "unauthorized software and manipulation is game data". Submitted an appeal and they permanently banned me. I have no clue what they are talking about. Never received an alert/email or any kind of notification. I never buy anything in game or chat/clan up or whatever they are accusing me of. This is absolutely unacceptable.

What do we do? I will escalate this to who ever needs to get involved.
