I have done registration for ACT WiFi connection by paying Rs. 2389/- as a new connection for a 3 months plan for ACT Basic Bonanza, 3M+WiFi on 10.02.2026. However, when your customer service comes for installation they have not set the TV connection and told me that, Tv cannot be connected without the Fire Stick. On pretending to provide the Fire stick they have collected another Rs. 750/- on 15.02.2026. Till date the Fire stick was not provided to me nor my call was responded to by the customer service personnel.
In this regard, it is requested to return my money of Rs. 750/- which was taken on the pretending to provide the Fire Stick for Tv connection. It would not be my mistake to say that your ACT WiFi service is cheating and looting its own customer.
