ACT Broadband review: Internet service

ACT made me pay an amount of Rs 4067 upfront for setting up a new connection without even checking to see if the connection was possible in my house despite me asking, giving me blind reassurance. They took one whole week to verify that it was not possible, multiple technicians kept coming just to confirm this and at the end they said it was not possible. And now they haven't sent my refund, it has been 3 weeks, everytime I call them they say that it will be initiated and sent within 24 hours but they still have not sent it- trying to make a fool out of me. Pathetic experience with ACT, will never recommend it to anyone.
