I noticed on my recent bill I had charges of:
58.95 (3.49 interest), 59.48 (3.00 interest). When I called, the woman I talked to was so rude. I could not get a word in. When I tried to explain that I don't remember signing up for this protection plan, she kept interrupting me and would only reimburse the 58.95 charge. My cancellation # is B8DACA4D
Desired outcome: I would like a refund for the other charges that she would not refund.
