Cancel it by saying it was a fruadulant charge. Tell your credit card company you have no idea how they got your card regardless. Since these guys are crooks it takes acting like one to get your money back. . . So be it

We purchased the internet Acai Berry Cleanse and they took out of our Debit Card the shipping fee which was fine. However, we were called no less than 3 times a day by two companies (6 calls per day).I turned in a complaint to the FCC when they would not stop calling at my request. Then we were charged $88 for the product which we had cancelled. We never received the product but we were charged. The Bank we use cancelled the charges. We contacted the company a second time to cancel the order and they said they could not cancel. No supervisor would get on the phone. The next time we called we recorded the call. Today we were charged for wire transfer, handling charges, another $88 and an additional $83 for something again. We canceled the card on Sunday, but they had "pending" charges outstanding. Our Bank manager said anyone that has ordered this Acai Berry product needs to cut up their card, cancel it and get a new number, because these people are not stopping their scam. The product is actually not made here, nor are the people here, it is a phone line only. This makes them very hard to prosecute or persue. If you don't want six charges at a time, which is what happened to us today, then get another Debit Card. I would assume if you use a regular credit card you should do the same thing. They will not stop if the law can't touch them because they are not in the US. You will be robbed blind.

I WAS CHARGED 49.95 FOR SOME ACAI BERRY CLEANSING PRODUCT THAT I NEVER RECIEVED... I HAVE TRIED CALLING THE NUMBER [protected]... THE NUMBER IS ONLY AN AUTOMATED OPERATOR... I AM TRYING TO FIND OUT HOW TO GET MY MONEY BACK ON MY CARD... I HAD TO PUT MY CARD ON HOLD SO NOTHING ELSE CAN BE CHARGED TO IT UNTIL THIS MATTER IS TAKEN CARE OF..THIS IS SUCH A BIG SCAM WELL MORE THAN A SCAM IT IS FRAUD STEALING PEOPLES MONEY FROM THEIR CARDS... I BELIEVE THEY CALL THAT CREDIT CARD FRAUD SO WHY ARE THEY NOT BEING CHARGED WITH ANY CHARGES ON THESE MATTERS? DR OZ OR RACHEL RAY OR OPRAH SHOULD ALSO BE HELD RESPONSIBLE SINCE THEY SUPPORT THIS COMPANY THAT IS NO GOOD..

i sent off for a free trail of the acia. I paid for the shipping with my credit card. Then I received their product the next month. I then went to the post office and returned it with delivery conformation. I never received a refund so i called my card company. They in return contacted Acai and was told they would not give me credit. Acai apparently knew you can only trace a del. com. for 90 days, so they deliberated stalled for the 90 days. This is not a reputable company. They claimed they did not get the product back. I am still wondering how they knew to not send me their product if they never received it with cancel written on the box.

It started with the free trial and $4.95 shipping charges. Now they have deducted $74.95 from my checking account 3 different times since July 28, 2008. I have acai berries coming out the yang. You can't speak with "support" due to the 45 minute wait time. They say go to the website where you placed your order. I have no clue since Performance Health has no website. They say go to www.gohealthnow.com which is another product purchsing scam. How do we contact and stop these people.

Ordered acai berry and free trail offer that included the total cleanse products. I was aware of the return policy and tried to follow their policy. I had a 15 day trial and no charges unless I cancelled with in the 15 days. The 15 days also included the time it took to receive the products which was the first problem. The phone numbers on the bottle and on the web site do not help you at all. You will spend days getting no where with that. You are not allowed to return anything unless you have a RMA number. You can't speak to anyone to get an RMA number either, because the phone numbers will get you put on hold for hours and you never get to speak with anynone ever. I finally spoke to my credit card company and stopped the charges to my account, and filed a fraud claim for the chargee with my credit card company. I still get products so today I did something else. I went on line and found a site to have a live chat so that I could get to the company. I just did all that today after 4 months of getting unwanted products and getting frustrated. I am going to get a confirmation email in 24 to 48 hours stating that my order is cancelled and I then can be done with this company once and for all. I tried to comply with the agreement and got totally taken. Do not order this product with a free trial offer. All the bottle says on it is: Manufacturerd for www.AcaiBerry Supreme.com and the phone number on the bottle for customer support is: [protected]
Try this instead if you are trying to cancel this: https://server.iad.liveperson.net to get a person to give you a RMA number so you can cancel and return unopened products.

I received this product in the mail I did not order this, After I called my bank I seen I had been charged 3.99 s/h. I called the company. the automated person said it would take normally 3 to 5 minutes to speak to customer service, Well, it took 20 minutes but, i hung in there i wasnt going 2 be charged for something i didnt order. the person told me after asking many questions . that i had ordered it when i know i hadnt becoz the product came 2 an old address i hadnt had in 6 mo. he argued the matter with me an i toldhim cancel me ! just cancel me! i didnt order it i wont pay for it.. an if i find ur company bills my account. i will have my bank get the company for taking money fm my account. it took me almost 45 min talking 2 this person but they finally said my membership has been cancelled an i asked him give me the cancellation number which finally they did! so be ware! they will make u think u just forgot all about ordering fm this company..

I received a so called "free sample" of Acai Berry around 1/22/09 and about a week ago $ 79.44 was charged to my Cr. Card. I called the number [protected] and they told me they can do nothing because the sample was only for 14 days. The bottle of pills they sent me was 60 capsules. For 14 days I guess you would only use 28 capsules, using them twice a day per the directions. I also ordered the Total Cleanse and have not opened it. I want to send it back but do not have an address. I'm trying to find it somewhere. What a scam going on. I hope someone can give me an answer of what is going on.
Thank you.

Well I got my refund! I'm so glad. I have been emailing everyone with a complaint to cancel there card and I still stand by that. But be persistant and call them everyday. I did return trial in time alotted and they took money out of my account but I called them everyday and this morning I checked my bank account and low and behold the refund was there. The # I used is [protected]. I still think that they are deceiving people and should be stopped. So be persisitant and try kindness when talking to them on a daily basis. I never got the email confirming return so you may just need to keep checking your account. GOOD LUCK!

I ordered a "free trial" of Acai Berry as advertised on-line. When I received my trial. It came only with one piece of paper with information. It did not tell me to call and cancel my "order" before 14 days or I would be charged $87.00. No where in the previous "sign up" information did it even state how much the product costs or if future orders would be shipped. I called the company when I saw my bank was charged and they said: "Sorry you accepted the free trial so there is nothing we can do about it." What a scam!

I also to have been scamed by this acai berry. I tried many times to cancel before my free trial was up. On many attempts it was a non working number. Then when I finally got threw I gave them my order # to cancel and they hung up on me. Then on another atempt I got threw again and I was told this was not the Acai Berry company although it was the same number I had called before. Then I finally got threw via chat on there web and was told it was cancelled. NOT ... have been charged $88, 00 on my credit card and didn't recieve any product. only solution is to cancel my credit card to avoid further charges and my bank is in the process of disputing this charge. WHAT A RIP OFF...

I ordered a free trial of acai berry just pay for postage they said ring to cancel after the 14 day free trial period. The phone number I have doesn't even work it says its been switched off. I have no other way off contacting them, now the have debited my account of £66.39 pounds. The only thing I can do now is contact my bank and have them cancel my card which is nothing but hassle.
I hope that something can be down to shut down this company as it is nothin but a big scam.

I ordered the trial size bottle for $3.95, called and cancelled my subscription, they said no problem, called back again to make sure it was cancelled. I noticed on my bank statement that I was being charged $8.51 monthly, then I was charged $29.95. So far they have scammed out of me $46.97, plus the $3.95.
I called the company, they were not helpful at all. They said they would cancel my account so no more charges would go through. They would not help me any more or refund my money.
I learned my lesson ordering things!

I had order this product as a free trial.. I paid extra for it to get here.. Which was $9.95 and it took longer the 5 days to get here. I had order it on December 15th and didn't recieve this product till. January 17th. And I think that is unacceptable because I paid the extra money for it to be here sooner. Now on my reciept it say that it is going to charge me $88 for another bottle and then with another charge of $9.95 bring the total to be close to $97. All I wanted was the free trial to see how it would work. I am not going to be willing to pay that much more for something I don't want any more. So please take off this charges that I don't want..

I ordered a sample for $4.95, two weeks later I saw a $79.76 charge on my statement or something I didn't order or receive. called my bank & notified Acai that I wasn't paying for something I never ordered. They removed charge. Today I see a charge for $5.87 for who knowswhat. Called the # & recording says you will be on hold for about 45 min. I would like this cleared up so I don't get any more charges from this company. Thank you.

I ordered a free trial from the company listed above and they charged my credit card $3.95. I called several times to cancel the free trial membership and have been on the phone for thirty or more minutes listening to music each time and then sent to a bogus extension number where a recording states that the extension is not available and to leave a message. The trial size product that I received states that customer service is available 24/7. I have contacted my credit card company to alert them of possible fraud. The company is not answering calls nor responding to e-mails.

In January I decided to order the free trial, paying for only shipping with my debit card. 15 days after receiving my trial bottle, I received a call from my bank, stating that a possible fraudulent charge was trying to be processed on my account. After getting the details from them, I realized that it was related to the Acai Berry Trial I had ordered. Apparently, what I hadn't noticed at the time of ordering was the very small link for the terms and conditions of the free trial. It stated that if you did not call within 15 days of receiving the shipment, your bank account would be charged $87.13 and you would be enrolled in monthly shipments. I immediately called the wonderful customer service department at FWM Laboratories and explained that I wanted to cancel any further shipments and would like to be refunded for the amount charged of $87.13. After explaining several times that I did not want to keep the bottle for a lower price and that all I wanted was to get my money back, the representative told me that I would receive an email from the credit department in 2-3 business days. Needless to say, I never received that email so I called back again. This cycle happened approximately 5 more times, each time the representative assuring me that I would indeed receive the email and that I needed to be patient. Well, I began to quickly lose my patience and began having my husband call. He was told the same thing I was so he began demanding to speak to a supervisor. The first one he talked to basically told him the same thing but asked that he give it 5-7 business days to receive the email. Of course, the 5-7 business days passed and still no email. By this point, we had been battling to get our money back for over a month and we'd had it. So, the last phone call my husband made, he asked for a supervisor immediately and explained to her that if we did not see a refund in our bank account within 5 business days, we would be filing a fraud claim with our bank and they would pursue it from there. As the others before her, she assured him that he would receive an email from the refund department. To our surprise, the very next day we received the fabled email! It stated that a refund in the amount of $87.13 was in process and to allow 5-7 business days for it to show up in our bank account. We were skeptical, but on the 7th business day, the refund showed up in our account. It was a miracle! I guess it takes calling a company 20 times before you get to the right person...

I tried a bottle of Acai berry for a 5.95 shipping and handling charge ONLY. There was nothing about an automatic refill order. I have the paper that says product was free. My account was charged $90 plus for something I did not order. I have tried to contact them but no one will answer the phone-in fact they disconnect right away. My order # 356559 and my customer #863077. I want my money refunded into my account. They stole from me! Kathy Johnson

You know I started off with some trust in this product and company in the very beginning especially after seeing the product on Oprah show with Dr. Oz.
I have to say that I am very dissapointed. Not in the product because it just dosen't work for me just as some things aren't for everybody. But in this company. I have cancelled this product and future shipments and charges. I have also cancelled the ebook and insider secrets on three different occasions now. Also yoiur website dosen't make consumers aware that there are three different phone numbers you have to call to cancel these products. But to no prevail my bank card keeps getting the charges for these products. I did opt out in time but every day I check with my bank (MandT) and there are new charges. It's a shame that I have to go through this for just what I understood was a trial for just $4.95 shipping and handling. I am forwarding this letter onto the Oprah show as well as my attorney and the Better Business Bureau because this has caused a lot of grief financially and mentally. I just don't now what else to do. Its a shame that I also to have to cancel my bank card that I've had for years just to stop the charges. Not to mention the numerous .50 cents internatioanal charges the bank charges for each charge itself. This website does not tell you that this company resides out of the country. Yet the one package I did receive came from Des Moines, IA and the address thats used for shipping purposes is Vasilissis Freiderikis, 331st Floor P.C. 1066, Nicosia, Cyprus.

This on-line scam is one of the worst. When the offer is presented, there are NO restrictions listed. Once your information is secured, you're charged for more of this crap . I called for a refund, even sent the product back, but to no avail. I did receive e-mails saying the fine print detailed refunding procedures. WHen the mial was received was the first time I'd ever seen the TERMS OF AGREEMENT that stated the time limits, etc.

Whatever can be done, I'm willing to do. Let's organize and mobilize against this notorious outfit.

I had an offer of 4.95 just when I was going to x out of it I got an instant message that said I could get it at 1.95 for trial offer and after that get charged 38.00 so I decided to send trial back and they said do it befroe the 12th of the month; so I mailed it back the next two days I got it which was the week before they said it couldn't say "return to sender" so I didn't, I got a claim number and wrote it on envelope so I looked at my account and they had put on hold $ 39.95 on my account with no number to call to try and call them and the bank said they could not do anything because of that...

I have not bought this product, but have done a cursory comparison of the websites below, which all push the Acai Berry BS. Please feel free to use these in complaints and I suggest you all go straight to the Federal Trade Commission.

These are almost all identical websites with interchangable # of kids, # weight loss;
They all tried the trendy diets (South Beach, Atkins, etc);
They all saw Dr. Oz on either Oprah or Rachel Ray;
They all state "I'm just a ----" on their site;
They all lost 42, 45 or 47 lbs.
Several have identical photos;
Several have the exact same layout.

There were two others that have since been yanked: Sarah Presley's and Anna Matthews' Weight Loss Stories. They must have been replaced with Karla's and Helen's because those are fairly new.

From all I've read on here of the absolute ripoffs, these people must be stopped.

They advertise a free trial of this product.The website states that they will charge you $4.95 for shipping and handling. and you have 10 days to cancel this When I checked my bank I saw the upcoming charge for $89.97. I ordered this product on 8-5-09. They charged my account $89.97 on 8/15/09, and I have not received there product as of yet. I am in agreement with numerous others that this is a scam and something needs to be done about this. I tried to call them but they are only operational Mon-Fri. 9am to 6 pm Eastern time. I have e-mailed my bank of these unauthorized charges.

Anyone with experience with purchasing the "Trial" for .99 of Acai Berry and Life Cleanse from a company called Barry Folger's Inc., and then getting hit (after 14 days and NO SHIPMENT RECEIVED) with an UNAUTHORIZED charge of $87.13 on your credit card?! Called the company and was given a RMA # that I have to write on each bottle (if I ever receive them) and then turn around and mail back AT MY EXPENSE, and then wait for 5 days AFTER THEY RECEIVE THEM for an email saying that they will now beign to process my refund? Will my credit card company reverse these charges for me and go after them allowing me to NOT have to go through this tedious and probably good for nothing refund policy?
The website they point you to (www.myordersupport.com) doesn't exist as far as I can tell! How can we stop this from happening?

I was not vigilant checking my bank account in July as I'm on Maternity leave and not using it much. I received the product but it was definitely not made clear about the monthly subscription and cost! of course it wasn't - no one would sign up to it if it was. I was charged in total £280- £140 per month in 4 payments of £70. This is similar to month payments for a car. They definitely know what they're doing.

I've contacted my bank and am starting a dispute. I will also send back the unused and un-ordered products. They say they won't take returns (to ensure the integrity of their product!) but as it is sealed and the seal isn't broken, obviously this is another 'scam'.

IF ANYONE HAS SUCCESSFULLY GOT THEIR MONEY BACK, I'D REALLY LIKE TO KNOW.

I ordered a free sample of Acai Berry diet supplement and paid $1.87 for shipping. Today I went on line to check my checking account balance and see that there is a charge of $79.67 from the same vendor. I called this company on 1/7/09 and was told that they would cancel any future orders and would refund my credit card within 4-5 days. I returned the product on 1/7/09 and had delivery confirmation from USPS that it was delivered to them on 1/9/09.

On 1/16/09 my credit card was charged $78.81 again which is $83.80 minus the shipping charges of $4.99.

When I had called the first time the person I spoke to wanted to know if the cost of the product was too high and was willing to negotiate for a lesser charge. I refused the offer and told him to just take me off their mailing list and I would be returning the product that day (1/7/09).

When I called the second time on 1/29/09 I told the person (Sirrus) I spoke to that my credit card had been charged again and I had not received any product this time. Sirrus told me to call them when I received the product and I would be given a cancellation # and my account would be refunded.

I have lung cancer and finished my treatment at the end of june 2008. I was told that acai berry was wonderfull for building up your immune system. I did not order the free trial for weight loss. I am sick again, as well as disgusted with all of the information i have been reading regarding acai, not only that, but my card was charged over a month ago and no product? If my credit card is not rembursed asap, i will take this to the highest authority possible, to make sure that this company is no longer in business. Believe me i have nothing to lose by spending the remainder of my time here, making sure people like you! Stop taking advantage of people like myself and all the others you have screwed. !

First of all the order form is very misleading and resulted in one text msg after another (I don't have free texting but had to text back to say STOP IT!) The shipping charge was acceptable but 10 days later there is a charge for $58.76 on my credit card. I did not authorize this and don't want this product (it keeps me from sleeping). Tried to cancel on line which was never happening..no answer..have to get RMA# to return but no one responds. Ended up calling credit card to cancel..dispute charge..and they will issue new card. Agent said there have been numerous complaints on this company. Rachel Ray, how could you do this!?

I ordered Acai Berry Detox, free of charge only postage £0.97, same day Life Cleanse also free of charge only postage £0.97.
On the 23rd my credit card was debited twice by ££76.95 a total of £153.90, that was apparently for the above tablets. I phoned and wrote, to no avail, they will not pay a refund.

They have now changed their name.

Charging £153.9 for 120 tablets is a rip off.

I ordered a free trial and provided cc info for shipping. Then I was charged the full amount. I figured that the initial charge was alright since I hadn't closed my account within 2 weeks, but then they charged me for an additional month's supply and I never received any product. I called to inquire about the charge and ensure that my account was closed and they just gave me a cancellation # promising that the product was shipped, that I can't send it back and that I'm out an additional $87.13. The charges each month were even posted by different companies. This company sucks. Anyone interested in a brand new bottle of Acai Berry Detox?

I ordered a free trial sample on line. I received the sample and then received a bottle of 60 Acai Berry tablets. They are billing me for these and I did not order or want them.
