Cancel it by saying it was a fruadulant charge. Tell your credit card company you have no idea how they got your card regardless. Since these guys are crooks it takes acting like one to get your money back. . . So be it

These calls started after I almost signed up for a free sample of the Acai berry that has been so popular. I canceled out of my trail order because they wanted my credit card to pay for shipping - sounded like a scam to me. However they got my phone # and email and called me trying to talk me into getting the "free" sample. After I declined I keep getting phone calls from that # and when I answer it just hangs up on me or there is no one there. If I try to dial the number I get a recording saying it is a wrong number or wrong code. I just want them to stop calling my cell phone!

I ordered free sample of Acai Berry for $4.95 for shipping and handling! I noticed on my Ck account that 89.95 was withdrawn
without my AUTHORIZATION! When I called they said I was supposed to return the product within 2 weeks, but since it was over 2 weeks they would NOT REIMBURSE MY ACCOUNT!

$89.95 for one 30 day supply of product is ridiculous. This is false advertisement!

I am overdrawn at my bank since I did not expect this UNAUTHORIZED WITHDRAWAL!

What can I do to make my account right and get the $89.95 posted to my checking account?

Please advise as soon as possible!

As seen on Oprah, I was offered a trial offer of Acai Berry for the shipping costs of $4.95. I received the trial offer and then was billed $78. 84 on my Visa Card. When I callede the company they told me if I did not return the trial offer I would be billed for the full amount.
I have tried several times to rectify this and the last call I made which was to my surprise to Manilla, Phillipnes I was told that I refund request would be submitted. Taht was On Jan 23, 2009 to Alex Valasquez at 3:45 Pm NJ time. I have not had my refund and when I called today, I was given to an operator who said I would receive a phone call with 24 hours. Please do something about this I cannot afford to pay almost $79. for a scam. Thank you.

Read the terms and conditions very carefully unlike me! They tell you they will send you a 60 day FREE trial offer for the price of shipping which in my case was $2.49. If you don't cancel the "membership" within 3 days! Your credit Card will be charged the shipping plus $100 for the next two months... they will not refund the money because you are not paying for the supplements you are paying for the use of their website/scam. So please read the terms and conditions carefully because I didn't and now I'm out $100 and nothing to show for. Yes not smart on my behalf but I hope this will stop even one person from falling for their scams.

Warn EVERYONE you know! There is NO Free trial - no returns - no customer service. I cannot believe how incredibly stupid I was to get into this. The ONLY way to stop it is to cancel the credit card or bank account you used and dispute ALL the charges. They will bill you anywhere from $80.00 to over $100.00 before you even get the product and I found no less than 15 different phone numbers associated with the various companies. You will not speak to an English speaking person and they will not - I repeat will not cancel your order even though they say they will. You must cancel your credit card! Get it out to everyone you know! Emails, Facebook, whatever. It is a scam, pure and simple!

They were calling me on another number I reported it to NEW Jersey FCC and now they call from [protected] and do the same thing the phone rings several times late at night waking me up and I have to work. I just unplug my phone . I am thinking about disconnecting it I have a cell. All I did was look at the website and started to fill out a trial form I did not submit. Now I have been getting these calls for months How can it be stopped. I have lost many hours of sleep because I get woken by these calls. My husband works weird hours and this is affecting our lives.

My bank said, "Oh no! Another fraud complaint on ACAI Berry!" They told me I had to cancel my card and report it because they have received many of these and I want to add that I called the company and they could "not find my account" and told me to follow the prompt toward the credit card. Also, I want to add that it gave migrane headaches and vomitting and nausea for 48 hours and made me DEATHLY ILL!. DON'T TAKE THIS PRODUCT!

I ordered the free sample and provided my credit card for the shipping charge. That charge was approximately $5. After I received my free sample, the next month they sent me another bottle of AcaiBerry. I did not order another bottle but they automatically sent another bottle to me. They also billed my credit card for the unorderted bottle. I called the [protected] number several times to tell them that I did not order another bottle and asked to to refund my money. The next month they sent another bottle and charged my credit card. I called several more times before I was able to get them to stop automatically sending me bottles and charging my credit card. They charged my credit card over $150 and I called to try to get a refund. They said to return the bottles for a refund. I returned the bottles but never got a refund.

Watch yourselves folks..I have been researching these so called diet aids for some time now and they are all in cahoots. Just as a lot of you have found out already..all they need is for you to give them your credit card number for a " free " sample of their product. Just pay the shipping charges...and then the charges really begin. First, they send you the initial " free " sample along with a hidden statement that says if you don't cancel within 10 days they will send you an additional supply for $89.00...and the 10 days started when you first ordered the product. Now it's been at least 10 days since you ordered the free sample so you'll already be billed for the first additional supply at $89.00. Also; they sell another product which is supposed to cleanse out your internal organs and allow you to lose even more weight. That product is also " free " if you pay the shipping charge of $5.95 and just like the other products they sell, as soon as you give them your credit card number they start billing you for stuff you never recieve. I was lucky...my card company called me and alerted me to this scam, canceled my card ( and their orders ) and reissued me another card. I'm going to be a lot more careful before I give my card number out again.

PLEASE CANCEL MY FREE TRAIL OF ACAI BERRY NOW - - MY ORDER # IS: 1205557

HOW CAN YOU LIVE WITH YOURSELVES FOR PULLING SUCH A SCAM ON HONEST PEOPLE? I AM TRULY BAFFLED AND UTTERLY DISCUSTED.

FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND THEY WILL GIVE YOU A FULL REFUND. Bromalit and Acai Berry charged over $300.00 on my credit card. I cancelled with the 14 day trial but they still charged my credit card and claimed that I was not in the system. Then they tried to negotiate the price with me. I stil refused and was told too bad now you will have to accept the charges. Filed a complaint on line with BBB and they gave me a full refund with an apology stating that they offer a 100% refund guaranteed if not completely satisfied. Better Business Bureau totally rocks and thank you to everyone for submitting your complaints on Complaintsboard .com. I was able to support my claim by linking the Complaintsboard.com in my complaints with the BBB and was able to prove that this is not an isolated incident. There are a lot of people being ripped off. I am definitely adding complaintsboard.com to my list of favorites.

Do not fall for the "Try a Free Trial" of any Acai Berry product or colon cleanse product. They get you with the adds that say that "Jenny, " or whoever, lost 50 pounds in 2 months and that you could get the same results by just getting a "free trial" of both the Acai Berry and the colon cleanse. Not only do you not loose any weight...but you get charged the full amount for this so-called "free trial." Then after being charged for the full amount, they charge you various other times for products that you don't even recieve. I was charged 11 times, each being over $80, without my authorization. Then you call to cancel each one (because somehow every single change is from a different account and a different company), and you are put on hold for and hour everytime. They never get cancelled beacuse they still keep charging you afterwards, and the only way for them to stop is to call your bank or credit card company to block them. I asked for a full refund on every single charge, then they said they would, and I haven't recieved anything yet.

The "FREE TRIAL OFFER" minus S&H isn't Free. I was billed $89 after 2 weeks and then another charge for some magazine called "FIT AND FACT" was dupe charged to my credit card too. They said it was in connection with my Acai Berry order. No offer was made to refund this back to me. My suggestion to anyone out there thinking about the Acai Berry remedy to weight loss...go to your health food store and deal directly with a someone who knows what their talking about.

Like everyone else, I ordered the "free trial" however when it arrived I wrote cancel on the invoice and immediately returned it. Now they have charged me again $89 and like the rest of you, I have no way to reach anyone. Mine is thru my bank card and reaching my bank takes an act of congress plus an interview with the Pope (Chase bought Wamu and now it's really a mess)! I'm disabled and on a fixed income. Between this company and Directv, they have tied up nearly $500 of my money which is half of my income. I'm so screwed. There has to be something that can be done. Just wish I knew what it was. If anyone figures this out, please notify me at judi6850@yahoo.com I would greatly appreciate. Don't know how I'm going to pay my bills.

I signed up for the acai berry supplement free trial online. The only thing I had to pay was shipping and handling. I did read the fine print that said I was to cancel my order within 14 days if I didn't want to be charged a one time membership. I placed my order on 2/2/10, received my order on 2/11/10 and cancelled my order online (per their company confirmation e-mail that I could do so) on 2/12/10. I was given notice that I had til 2/18/10 to cancel. I even have a confimation #. My credit card was still charged $149.95. I have contacted the company and they informed me that I was to also call a toll free # to cancel that I couldn't do it online. Therefore, my charge is still valid. For a free trail this sure has cost me alot of money.

A pop-up came up while I was on my way to a website. The Acaiberry was offered for $5.95 shipping for a free bottle to try. So I had heard it was a good antioxidant and thought I would try it. I had no idea I only had 15 days to tell if I liked the product and that If I didn't call to cancel in that time I would be charged $88.62 plus an cross-border fee of $0.71.

I managed to speak to someone to get any future order canceled. They said they would. On fri. 2/27/09 I spoke with "Peter" who told me to go to mytrial support.com to see the terms. When I went to that site all I saw was people like me complaining about this scam.

I imagine they probably made a bundle of money just by sending 1 bottle for $5.95 and charging $89 one time to thousands of people. These people need to be prosecuted.

Viv3lab is now acting in France! my mum got caught, she has received free samples, but has now received products she never ordered. She has been charged €166.
She has tried to call the numbers given, and obviously could never get hold of anyone. She has now to call her bank and try to get a refund as it is a scam. I have asked her to send a recorded delivery letter to the address she's got, but not sure it will get anywhere. I have drawn a letter as per Sarah 223 recommandations.
At least she will not get charged anymore stupid money for some stupid products!

I had purchased the .99 cent deal Acai Berry, and the next day I cancelled. Two days later my credit card was a charge from this company (Acai Berry) unauthorized to pull the money from my account. The phone numbers they give you are not in operation or you wait 20-30 minutes and still nobody answers. I had an online chat with an agent 011 a rep. and I did not get no where with them.
This is so much a scam and I fell for it. I would like to see the BBB step in and close the doors on them. Now I have to go thru a process of getting with my card company and hopefully get money back

I had been on the ITV web-site and noted the advertisement for acai-berry detox 30 day free trial. I was linked to feedback from an American newsreader who had used this product saying how wonderful it was and then on to payment options. To be honest I am usually a bit suspicious of anything for "free" and athough now I feel I have been "stung", at no point did the advertisment lead me to even consider looking for the terms and conditions. When I realised that the money (£152) was taken from my credit account, I telephoned the UK number on my invoice. The voice mail was in English that evening and adviced to contact them between the hours of 8am - 5pm. On phoning the following morning at 8am, the voice mail was in Spanish although still a UK number, and I was kept on hold for quite soom time. I wonder is this also part of the scam, in that this will be a deterent for customers to cancel their orders as they may not understand what is being said.

I ordered acai slim from a web site called wellbhealth, it stated a free trial and I would only pay the shipping. It further stated that If I was unsatisfied with the product for any reason, I could return the unused portion and my credit card would not be charged. After taking the product for a week I realized it was not really helping. I then returned the unused portion insured to the company on . However I notice that they had charged my credit card was charged two days before the 14 days trial ended. I call the 800 number they told me that the money would be refuned to my credit card of the 9/20/09. I still have not received it. I went on the site and had a live chat they told me that it was credited back .I called my card company it was not credited back. Today 10/23/09 I called again and was told that it was credited back today. I call my cc company and once again it was not there.

It is so unfair I paid to insured and send back the passage, and every time the money is not credited back the cc company charge me $39 on the 15 of the every month. To date there is two months charges of $39 for over the limit fee. Because this was not suppose to take this long . I desperately need help in getting back my money.

After ordering a free trail offer which I agreed to pay the shiping and handling my credt card was charged for another bottle. I wish to return this unopened bottle and was told at the call center there is no return policy. Mr. Todd Black and Mr Neil Johnson I request from you the authorization information that would permit this return. Abusiness should stand behind its own products. Surely you always have new customers to resell this single bottle to.

BUYER BEWARE IS CORRECT WITH THIS "COMPANY". I HAVE THE FEELING WE ARE DEALING WITH 2 PEOPLE WORKING OUT OF THEIR APARTMENT. I TOO, HAVE BEEN DUPPED INTO TRUSTING I COULD TRY THE PRODUCT, GIVE MORE THAN ENOUGH NOTICE TO CANCEL ANY FURTHER AUTO SHIPMENTS AND NOT HAVE THEM WITHDRAW FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT. GUESS AGAIN. THEY ARE READY WITH THE EXCUSES, BUT SHORT ON PERFORMANCE. I WILL BE STARTING ACTION WITH THE MINNESOTA ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE, AND FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE MINNESOTA BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. IF I'M NOT MISTAKEN, THE "TERMS" OF THE AGREEMENT WEREN'T AVAILABLE UNTIL AFTER THE PURCHASE IS MADE FOR THE INITIAL TRIAL SUPPLEMENT. I DON'T EXPECT ANY RESULTS...SO LESSON LEARNED.

I ordered Acai Berry when they offered a free trial and I only had to pay shipping. I only authorized this one time shipment. Last Thursday, I received a second bottle without authorization. I got my bank Statement yesterday and saw that I was charge for 2 months at $83.13 for each bottle plus multuple shipping and other small charges. The product is terrible and I would never had ordered it a second time. I am trying to reach customer service by phone and have had no luck. I am calling my credit card to stop any future payments to this company. I am also going to demand a full refund and call the BBB.

I am so disgusted with this company. I have been charged over $400 in this product. I have used the fake email accounts such as cancel@thecoloncleansemax.com and cancel@theacaiberrydetox.com to try to successfully cancel the membership and then what do you know 30 days later another charge for $83.18 plus $1.95 for who knows what and another charge for $2.00 appears on my credit card and receive another package of pills. My credit card statement does not have consistent names, it is one of the following:
Detoxcleanse 800-[protected]
TopBodyCleanse [protected]
Purebodymax [protected]
IDS*maxcolon [protected] (this number is since disconnected)

All the numbers reach the same company. It's odd how or why they use a different name everytime they automatically charge your credit card. It is because you can have your credit card company decline future purchases from the same company, but not when they change their name everytime they run your credit card.

Finally, I spoke with a representative, and I wanted to return all my SEALED bottles that I was sent, and he said that in their return policy it states that I would have had to cancel within 30 days of the first trial bottle ordered.

Oh well, I learned my lesson, but please beware and if it seems to good to be true...it's not!

I answered a free trial offer for "Acai Barry for $5.95 S&H fee only, $24.95 for the Total Cleane..received only the bottle of Acai Berry, called the cust. service nu. and was told I'd be shipped the "Total( Colon) Cleanse" shortly. I've never received it, saw no S&H charge on my bank statement, but was just charged $88.62 : Online bank statement: 01/02/09 Purchase 90631231030118144262101 on 12/31/08 at NEWACAISUPREME [protected] ... I've called that ph. no. all day with no success. :" all circuits are busy at this time, please call later". I plan to call other phone numbers I have seen on this site and on the bottle . If no satisfaction I will cancel my bank card and notify my card's fraud dept. within the next several days. The names on the add's trial offers and the bottle of Acai Barry I've received are different. What I answered was for 'Acai Berry', what I received is labeled AcaiBerry-but in small letters it says Manufactured for www.AcaiBerrySupreme.com -the only way I had of identifying the charge on my bank statement., as the phone # s are different . I hope this helps others; I too would NEVER have paid that much money for ANY similar product, I cannot afford it on my income.

I called to cancel and after an extremely long wait, I was told to mail back the sample and I would receive a full refund. I was never told to include an RMA number. I received my Visa bill with the charge still on it and no refund. I called again and they said they were going to send another sample and charge me another month's worth and I could send this one back with the RMA number and it would be canceled and refunded. How stupid and what a scam. I never gave them permission to charge my VISA and they still won't refund my last month's pills. How can they use my VISA without my permission? I was never told to include the RMA number on the returned pills. And I definitely don't want another month's supply just to mail back! What a scam! Cancel any further mailing of this stupid product!

I first of all read all of the fine print concerning this product. After seeing no results after 30 days, I decided to cancel. I called this company and the customer service agents just gave me the run around. After reviewing the rules again, I explain to the rep that I was entitle to a refund for un-open product received. The rules were to call and get a return confirmation. Now the rules change again. Instead of receiving my full refund, I have to pay for shipping and handling. Looking at my package, I only see it costed the Company $1.68 to ship to me. Why should I have to pay more? I believe this company needs to be investigated. They are scamming people out of their money and do not want to do what is right and necessary. I hope no other people will get caught up with this.

$165 was taken from my account without authorization for products that i have never heard of. It is called ultra acai berry slim. No offence to anyone out there in need of assistance in loosing weight. I say in fact, "good for you!" for recognizing that sometimes its too hard to do it alone. However, I weigh 105 lbs. and have never contacted this company before. My credit card number was attached to someone else's name. When I tried to access the web sight my computer stated that the sight could not be found. I then found a sight called natrascience just by typing in the words acai berry. I was brought to this complaint board and have noticed that this company has been scamming people out of their money for quite sometime. For those of you who want to try a product to aid in losing weight, please call your doctor before getting caught up in a scam like this. Good luck to you all and BUYER BEWARE!

I agreed to try the product for $3.95. I tried calling the 888 number to cancel (within the 10 days) and no one would answer so I proceeded to write a letter. I kept a copy of the letter. I was charged $89.31 after I cancelled the order. I have yet to receive the product that they billed me for. This is illegal and I will be filing a afidavit against them. I encourage you all to do the same. Go to your bank and they will file it for you. We need to band together to stop companies from doing this to consumers.

I received trial offer and my Dr. told me to get off of this diet, so I mailed the product back, received confirmation it was received, and the co is still charging my bank card. They are denying that they received the product back, but I have confirmation that it was delivered back on May 4, 2009. Instead of cancelling the money from my account, they keep billing for other products that I cancelled and never received! Please take care of this problem and refund my account the money you people keep charging my account! Respectfully, Cleo H Barnes
