my friend send me a parcel but i cannot track the parcel.. if i track using the airbill number looks like it have been delivered on 2016.. is this airbill still legit or how?

the parcel was send on 28 julai 2022 at 7pm.

My parcel with tracking number (WWX000003582651) still stuck at selangor since 27 July. Its should be arrived at sarawak this week or maybe should be arrived at the delivery address.

The first one arrived last week but no one send the parcel to me. It's kinda urgent.

I wait for 3 days for this parcel because your runner said postage out of delivery and did not contact me at all! What kind of rubbish u just send my parcel to wrong house ? I want my refund back if i didnt get my parcel . I wait 2 weeks long for this parcel only.suddenly the shoppe said it had been delivered and received by sharime/ id card 8822 . I didn’t know this person! Take responsibility ABX!

They send my Puzzle yesterday (5/7/2022)…. But I didn’t get it yet

Why my stuff stuck in Shenzhen sorting center for a long time? should have arrived in my town. did they forget to update?!

ABX Express had given poor customer service; a long wait on hold but no resolution to the issue.

Poor delivery. The delivery status has been updated for delivery since 29/06/2022, but until today it has not yet received the parcel.

I paid for air shipping, not sea shipping. Why is it so difficult to deliver?

No one can solve the issue I gave since yesterday July, 05, 2022.

2 days ago I ran out of water, I'm literally dying now without water because I can't leave home.

And your criminals keep marking it out for delivery, forcing me to stay home and wait and I can't get water.

Your delivery [censored] just call me and said she threw my parcel from the gate to my car porch meanwhile she did not horn nor call me to receive it. She just said she was done throwing it in and asked me to pick it up myself. Fine, what if there are fragile objects inside? Is she brainless? or is ABX brainless to hire this kind of human to deliver our parcel?

If any fragile things brokes because of this violent action, will ABX replace a whole new one all the way from China again? PLEASE CONSIDER!

Even though there's no fragile object, we pay for service, can't you hand us the parcel nicely? If not, please consider quitting providing a service. You don't deserve our money.

No doubt, I had lots of good experiences previously with ABX, especially your efficiency. But now, sorry, one man killed the whole gang. Your delivery represents your company's identity. Either you provide relevant training to train all these [censored]es, or next time I meet again, I will provide them a slap to train for you. Thanks.

Parcel yg diterima dalam keadaan terbuka. Disalotep sbhg shj.

Saya ingin mengadu penghantaran barangan saya sudah dua kali tidak berjaya. Tadi seorang lekerja abx express menelefon saya dan memberi amatan untuk menjawab panggilan supaya penghantaran boleh dilakukan. Masalahnya sekarang, penghantaran yg pertama yg mereka lakukan, saya tidak mendapat sebarang panggilan. Tetapi barangan saya sudah ditulis tidak berjaya dihantar. Kali kedua penghantaran dilakukan, saya tidak sempat menjawab panggilan akan tetapi saya whatsapp chat dengan penghantar itu untuk bertanyakan masalahnya untuk hantar ke rumah saya. Akan tetapi dia kata nak jumpa di luar agar memudahkan dia. Jadi saya kata boleh, kemuadian dia membatalkan perjumpaan itu. Kemudian saya tengok dekat shoppee mengatakan penghantaran tidak berjaya. Saya memohon untuk ambil tindakan yang sewajarkan kepada pekerja anda yang malas untuk berusaha kemudian nak marah-marah macam orang tak betul. Lagi satu barangan saya juga pernah menggunakan khidmat abx sebelum ini tetapi tiada masalah. Cuma kali ini agak menguji kesabaran.

I got something to complain up. I'm not gonna mention up which abx center that I'm gonna complain. But can u please told all of yr abx people to be more friendly while chatting they customer? And for the parcel don't even give other people to handle it? if got any missing parcel did they the one who take responsibility of it? But most importantly the way of communicating, please be more gentle while chatting yr customer, if u're too LAZY to keep the parcel then u SHOULDN'T take that job, u're paid for it and that's yr responsibility to keep it until yr customer claim it. the status of my parcel is "delivery successful" on 18 May 2022 at ABX Kuching. But untill today 23 May 2022 i have not receive my parcel yet and already call abx customer service but the line is always busy. My address is at Serian. This is my tracking no KECL600260398.
