Absolute Storage Management, Inc. is a total scam. They don't care about their tenants and only want to make a quick buck. They kicked out a minister right before Christmas, even though he was paid up and never missed a payment. It's ridiculous how they treat people. Don't rent from them if you value your money and sanity.

I had a pipe burst over my storage unit TWICE while renting from Absolute Management / *** Storage. They are slow to react; water poured into my unit for two days AFTER they knew about it! They offered no assistance *** compensation for lost items. No one was even onsite to assist! Terrible, asleep-at-the-wheel management. Your items WILL NOT BE SECURE at an Absolute Management site. BEWARE.

I never gave this person a key to my unit! Here's a pic of my contract that shows I'm the only one renting it. I'm so mad and I'm gonna sue them.

Had my stuff in here for 9 months. All my things are moldy, water stains on ceiling. All ruined! No call back from ***. Failed to maintain unit. Gasket under door bad, rodent poop, all my stuff moldy and ruined. Water stains on ceiling, wet inside, submitted all pics. Can't get *** to call. Want reimbursed for all my stuff being ruined.
