This company is so bad
This company is so bad. They don't answer emails or phone calls. They don't care about customer service at all, they just want your money. Once they have it, they don't care about you anymore. I've tried to talk to them about a fee they charged me, but they won't answer me. I even wrote it on my check and they still won't respond. They even charged me interest on the fee they charged me by mistake! This isn't about the fee, it's about how they won't talk to me about it. It's not okay.

This review is for Bay Area Property Services, Inc. My mom's condo's HOA is managed by them. They don't respond to complaints on time, and sometimes they don't even respond at all. They take more than four days to respond even in emergencies. When they do respond, they don't solve the problem and try to get away. The building is not well-maintained, and there are feces, red stains on the elevator floor, and stray animals. Their emergency phone line is not responsive, and the person calling only has a few seconds to leave a message. My mom tried to join the HOA meetings, but she couldn't find the information posted anywhere in the building. Thanks.

Bay Area Property Services, Inc. is not cool. They won't give me back my money from a deal I did with them two months ago. It's messed up.

I sold my crib and moved out from a pad managed by Bay Area Property Services on 4/27/2022. On 5/1/22, they took out $378.95 from my account for some *** without my permission. I hit them up on the phone and email to let them know what's up. They said they'd give me my money back in 30 days. But it's been way more than that and I've been emailing them a bunch of times, but they haven't paid me back yet. They sent me an email on 6/17/22 saying that "accounting will confirm once your refund has processed." I emailed them again on 7/14/22, which was 74 days after I told them about the problem. But they still haven't gotten back to me. All I want is my $378.95 back. I gave them my mailing address so they can send me a check.
