This hotel is terrible and the staff is terrible too. Their customer service is awful. I think people should boycott this resort. They are losers and a disgrace.

This resort is garbage! It's the worst resort I've ever been to. The people at the front desk are unprofessional. There are no managers around, it's like being at an airport or a market. Don't go here, no matter what.

Las Vegas has so many great hotels. Save your money and go somewhere else where they will treat you better.

We got stuck in a never-ending loop of debt, with a loan that had a crazy interest rate, maintenance fees that kept going up, and promises of a great property on the beach. The salespeople at Somerpointe Realty, LLC gave us false information and lied to us. We've given them more than $60,000 of our hard-earned cash over the last 14 years, and we've only been able to go on 5 vacations. That's $12,000 per vacation! It's impossible to book a reservation because there's never any availability. We haven't gotten any benefits from Somerpointe Realty, LLC, even though we've paid them so much money.

Somerpointe Realty, LLC is not a good company. They have salespeople who are sneaky and dishonest. They tricked my husband and me into buying a timeshare that we didn't need. They kept saying that we would save money, but it was all lies. They didn't tell us about the fees and interest rates. We tried to cancel, but they ignored us. It's obvious that they are trying to scam people. Don't trust them!

Somerpointe Realty, LLC is not a good company! Watch out for their lies. They will trick you into thinking you're making a real estate investment when you buy a timeshare with them. In Las Vegas, we were fooled by their salespeople. They said that their timeshares were a real estate investment that would increase in value over time. They confidently said that we could later sell it for more money. They used a lot of tactics to persuade us! Don't be fooled by the free show tickets and meals. What hurts the most is that we really believed this "investment" would help our retirement fund, but instead, it only took from it. The Tahiti Village & Somerpointe salespeople are cruel. They told us that our beneficiaries would inherit our ownership and that was presented only as a benefit to our beneficiaries, not as an obligation, which is a liability. The one time we actually used the timeshare, we were constantly bothered about attending another presentation. The salespeople were very pushy and determined about us upgrading. They were very MEAN and AGGRESSIVE! Getting involved with Somerpointe was a big mistake!

Somerpointe Realty, LLC is a good company, I recommend. We got a timeshare from them and it was a good experience. They didn't lie to us or deceive us like Tahiti Village did. They were upfront about everything and we didn't feel pressured to buy anything. The timeshare is point-based, but that's okay because we knew that going in. They didn't promise us access to Disney properties, but we didn't care about that anyway. The interest rate is high, but that's normal for timeshares. We haven't tried to refinance yet, so we don't know if that's a lie or not. We didn't have any problems with the rescission period, but we made sure to read everything carefully before signing. Availability is decent, we've been able to use it a few times already. We haven't been to an "owners meeting" yet, but we'll see what happens when we do. Overall, we're happy with our timeshare from Somerpointe Realty, LLC.

Somerpointe Realty, LLC is not a good company. They have bad timeshares and I don't know how they are still in business. Me and my husband served our country and community, but they still took advantage of us. They said it was an "investment" but it wasn't. They lied about being able to rent out our unit. The sales meeting was too long and the sales reps were too pushy. We said no many times but they wouldn't stop. The maintenance fees keep going up even though they said they wouldn't. They lie and confuse you to get you to sign the contract. We are old and our retirement plans are ruined because of this timeshare scam. It's hard to make a reservation and we are in debt because of Somerpointe. They are scamming senior citizens and veterans. Don't go to Tahiti village or anything related to Somerpointe Resorts.

We cancelled our membership with Somerpointe Realty, LLC in a timely fashion. I called their office on April 29th, 2022 and was told that our deposit had been refunded on 4/27/2022. I also asked to speak with a manager regarding the false information that we were given by the salesman. They said someone would contact me within 24 to 48 hours, but I still haven't received a phone call. During the sales presentation, we were told that the credit check wouldn't be a hard inquiry, but it was, which caused a significant drop in our credit report. We were given two packages, a four-night three-day trip to Las Vegas and an eight-night seven-day trip. The salesman made it seem like we could use the Las Vegas package right away, but we were told by Kiki, the credit and compliance officer, that we had to wait until next year for an annual board member meeting to use it. We expressed our frustration, but Kiki just said she would speak to the salesman. The eight-night seven-day trip sounded amazing, but we were told we had to use it within a week. We're asking for a letter from Somerpointe to remove the credit inquiry for false information, but we still haven't received our deposit yet. I reached out to my bank, and they said it takes 7-10 business days on their end, but those days have passed, and we still haven't received our refund.

I'm writing cuz I'm super bummed about the package you sold me and I need a full refund, yo.

I need a full refund cuz:

Package price is whack: The sales dude tried to sell us a package for $15,999 and gave us a brochure with that price. But then another sales dude an hour later said the same package was only $12,999 and showed us the same brochure with the lower price. That's some shady stuff, man.

Points ain't enough: During the sales pitch, we kept asking to check out the website to see how many points we'd need for a vacay in HI. But the sales dude wouldn't let us. He kept saying 15,000 points would be plenty for a week in HI. But turns out we need 45,000-110,000 points for a week in HI!

Long wait on the phone: The website is a mess, so I had to call and talk to someone. But every time I called, no one picked up and I had to wait 30-45 minutes.

I think you gotta give me a full refund ASAP. If you don't, I'll take legal action and hit up consumer protection agencies.

I hope we can work this out without going to court, yo.

Tahiti Village ruined my bday trip to Vegas! Me and my hubby went for a weekend at Tahiti Village. They got us to go to a 'brief' 1-hour presentation with the promise of cheap stays and free tickets to Vegas shows.

They kept us there for 4 hours and promised us the world, then sold us on their 'Vacation Package Membership'. They told us we couldn't read the contract we were signing because there wasn't enough time. We asked if we could cancel, but they said we couldn't because the cancellation period was over.

They can promise anything because they never let you look at the contract. Maybe they were scared we'd find out about the crazy interest rate or the cancellation period? We don't know. They broke us down, and we regret buying it because it's ruining us.

It's been two years, and we asked for a copy of the contract, but they said we never asked for one. Can you believe that?

I wanted a great bday with my hubby, but Tahiti Village ripped us off! Don't go to Tahiti Villages and their 'Vacation Packages!' This is one ugly side of Vegas that I wish I never knew existed!

I had a bad experience with Somerpointe Realty, LLC. I made a reservation in June for a three-night stay in August, but I was charged twice for the same dates. I called Somerpointe Resorts Corp in early July to report the error, but they told me to call booking.com, where I made the reservation. I called booking.com and explained the problem, but they sent an email saying that I wanted to cancel, which was not true. I spoke with Lea, a manager at Somerpointe Resorts Corp today, and she told me to call booking.com again to correct the email. I did, and Joshua sent a new email saying that I only needed one room. However, even though it was a mistake, they are still charging me a cancellation fee of $220.74. I am 71 years old, and I did not make two bookings. This is totally unreasonable and not my fault that there were two charges of $313.85 on my husband's credit card.

I bought a timeshare from Somerpointe Realty, LLC and tried to book a reservation three days before buying it. I wasn't in the computer and when I finally got my paperwork, it was on the 20-something. I called to make reservations but they didn't give me everything I was supposed to receive. During my presentation, they told me one thing but when I tried to book my reservation, it was something else. I spoke to 16 people and they all told me different things. So, I decided to cancel my contract. *** said she would send me a paper to cancel my contract. I told them I didn't want to be reliable or responsible for anything because I tried to cancel it before my cancellation date. All I want is to cancel my contract and get some of my money back. I was very unhappy and unsatisfied because I was told one thing but none of it was true. They told me I would have to pay $1400 for a wrong *** points. During my presentation, they told me I would only have to pay $300. So, I'm confused. Then they told me that was just for one room. They also told me they don't give you rooms in ***. Then they told me that all of it was booked. These are different people who I spoke to, so I'm very unhappy and unsatisfied.
