Sequoia Equities Property - *** Apartments in *** They ain't keeping up with and replacing outside lighting in the courtyard and causing people to not be able to see or feel safe walking their animals at night and hard not to trip and fall because it is difficult to see the walkway. Lighting as been out on in one courtyard for several months and I have made service requests for several months with nothing getting resolved. I ask for things to be done several times and they get mad at me for being frustrated, which is unacceptable for paying high rent costs and not having a safe environment to live in and then be treated like I'm the problem by leasing office staff.

We left Rosewalk Apartments in Jan 2019 cuz of mold and mildew probs and sewage backup in our sink and tubs. We broke our lease early and paid all the fees. On 2/22 they emailed us saying we owe *** for repairs cuz of mold damage and we got 15 days to pay. On 4/26 they emailed us again saying we owe ***. Then we didn't hear anything until we got a notice that our account was in collections for *** which made my credit score go down by 80 points and made it hard to buy a house. How can they charge us for mold damage that was their fault and they came to clean it multiple times and told us to keep windows open? I got pics to prove it.
