We rented a place in Rancho Cucamonga from Mesa Properties. They still have $1586.89 of our $2750 deposit for painting and fixing stuff that was already there when we moved in. We got pics of the stuff when we moved in and it was all good, but now they're keeping most of our deposit. The managers won't admit they're keeping it for stuff that was already there and stuff that's not supposed to be taken from the deposit. We're taking them to court.

Outside common areas
Huge homeless issue on the property they sleep and camp in the common areas, use the electricity & gas in the grills. Take baths in the pool. The property owners have started charging tenants for the outdoor area there are extra fees that we pay and the property owners are not doing anything except collecting money from tenants and not doing anything about the homeless issue. There is drug use in the common areas ( I’m not talking about marijuana ) constantly finding balled up tin foil. It’s not a safe area to let your kids out to play. There use to be security here at night but that’s gone. The power was knocked out from the outside buildings & dog park because they set up a camp in the dog park with a tent and Christmas light that were run from existing electricity. Save your money and move somewhere else

I own a rental property and hired Mesa Properties to manage it. The tenants left in March 2022, but there have been problems with the management company. They didn't document the property damage properly, promised to do things but didn't follow through, and didn't communicate well. This caused me to spend time and money fixing things. They even let a vendor steal things from the property! I ended the agreement, but they still have my money. It's not okay.
