ABSA Bank review: unprofessional service

Staff unfriendly and disinterested. Angela, a consultant, is an absolute disgrace. My two co-signatories said they were relieved they don't bank with ABSA. The branch is disorganised, unhelpful, and a total discredit to the Bank they are aligned to.
The staff had no knowledge of the existence of a product advertised on the bank's website. After much insistence, they went into the website and said oh they don't often open one of these.
When I returned with 2 co-signatories (both of whom are professional accountants) a few days later to open a club account, the consultant (Angela) snapped" it takes four hours to open one of these".
We were planning to depost money, not taking out a loan so were mortified by her hostility.
P.S. I am a long standing customer of ABSA Key West and currently hold four accounts there.
