ABSA Bank review: services

I went to absa East London Oxford street to deposit. My money needed change so I couldn't deposit outside. When I went in, it was a suprise to see a bank with no-one on the door to direct you to the right place. There was no signage at all. I could not see anyone from the bank other than the consultants who were busy serving a long line. Even them didn't have name tags on and if they were to be outside you would not identify them as ABSA employees. Pathetic to its highest level
