I have contacted the business by walk in to request my membership be cancelled and I have been told every time that it is canceled after typing on the computer for a good bit of time. This is month 6 of my attempt to cancel my service and plan to go in on tuesday, september 2nd to demand it be canceled due to the fact that this company has once again forced me into a financial bind. Refusal to help has caused serious issues and I am out of options but to file with every consumer protection agency possible. I saw that ABC was able to help with this on a few others, please help.

I am dealing with the same thing as of now . I can't understand why retro would tell me that my account would be cancelled and never do so so now I was told that I can not because of some contract . so I just cancelled the card that is being used . so they can no longer take money off my account . now they would need the new numbers to get paid and that they don't not have . I am sorry but I have bills to pay and I can't let them take my money if I am no longer with the gym .
