ABC Cargo review: Missing stuffs in my cargo

Such pathetic Cargo Company is ABC. You guys have opened the box and removed stuffs from my box. My Bag, new shoes, clutch and many more stuff missing. And Team sends an email with this. “ We understand your concern regarding this matter, our sincere apologies for inconvenience caused. We regret learning about your experience because we have always placed a high priority on customer satisfaction Please check the company T&C. We clearly mentioned that the receiver should check the parcel as much as possible whilst the delivery person waits. Please mention unchecked proof of delivery if your parcel arrives in less than excellent condition.

We have tried our level best in availing claims from the claimed cell. Unfortunately, we have not received any positive response to the said request. Hence the case will remain closed for us and will not entertain further regarding this, knowing the fact that you have been our valued customer. We sincerely hope you will give us another opportunity to deliver the exceptional service for which we are renowned. ”

Shame on you guys to steal someone’s stuff.

Such pathetic Company shouldn’t be in UAE.
