My package not receive
I send on 15th November 2022 2 boxes items for my house warming . Now one month finished . My items not receive. 26th December my housewarming . If I not receive the items before 25th I have to buy all items again. ABC Cargo have to pay the money for the items I send. After 26th I will go back to uae . If I receive the items after that no use for me the items. I co tact every day many items ABC Cargo still no positive response.

My husband sent the cargo from UAE to UK where i am now, it was nov 8 2022.. then on the 16th i received an sms that it was delivered successfully but there was nothing on my door!.. then i emailed them ASAP, they said CONFIDENTLY that may parcel reached the correct address and received by some one not my name!.. and upon investigation, i found out that the picture of delivery proof is WRONG! It was not my front door nor it was my address! How can people just carelessly drop people’s valuables to A WRONG PLACE and WRONG PERSON and say that they already delivered it thats it!.. like seriously?!…
Then my husband called the DUBAI customer care. And spoke with DANUSHKA , she was emailing the “UK GROUP” regarding the shipment . Basically all were getting are “we will update you…” “you will hear from us soon”… “we will do our best..””” like WTF! Its been almost al month now since it was delivered to wrong adress and until now they’re not able to fix this problem! Did anyone ever get any solution from ABC CARGO after any horrible trouble theyve done? ..
Beware of these people! Dont trust ur MONEY and VALUABLES with them’! until now im still waiting for their solution !

I sent a Express Sea parcel 27 Kg last month to Kerala. (CEAQB18712)
There are mostly food items, chips and juices . I have sent Express Sea as your people assured delivery in 20 days. Now its 26th day, and now they are telling it will take one week more. I am done with follow up chasing. The items in the parcel must have deteriorated by this time.
If I will take such a long time i could have sent normal 30 days ship cargo through Seabreeze with only 3.5 Dhs per kg. And it would have reached by this time.
I am really done with your service and follow up after spending this much time and money. I trust this is not the way ABC Cargo wishes to conduct business with valued customers— Such acts will result in losing valuable customers.
This is not the service I have opted for and paid for.
Hence, I request you to kindly refund my money and compensate my parcel money as well.
Please at least do this to me without any further delay and hassle.
Parcel delivery from UAE to UK
ABC cargo is very unethical and fraud Company. They delivered my parcel to wrong address and I lost very valuable items. I had proofs (whatsapp message screenshot and voice recordings) where employees of ABC cargo had acknowledged their mistake and I shared this with their relevant department. However, no response was received, they just ignored it. I am attaching the whatsapp recordings and screenshot for your reference.
Based on my research of the Company on the internet, it turns out ABC Cargo has defrauded lot of people. Even their complaints contact details on their website doesn't work.
I really hope people think twice before engaging with ABC Cargo.
Ohhh! Same situation is happening to me. From UAE to UK too. They delivered it to wrong address last month 16 nov and theyre so confident that theyve sent it to correct address and person 🤯🤯🤯.. and until now im waiting for the solution almost a month now. And i got valuables there too in that parcel. And they just keep saying “we will update you….” Until now nothing has moved forward. !
Service and follow-up
About 3 months ago I shipped household goods from UAE to India with ABC's promise and repeated assurances that items will be professionally packed without any shipping damages and quick delivery service. However, after receiving the boxes in India, we noticed many items were damaged. This included crockery, valuable showpieces, electrical and computer items.
Not only did the staff pack improperly, but they avoided taking responsibility and had no interest in their post-delivery service or follow-ups, whereas they were very eager to get the order. The same staff stopped responding properly which I take that they were trying to avoid the issue. Then I was told to contact their Escalation Department on my experience and proof of pictures of broken things etc.
Finally, their Customer Care Center said since I brought the matter to their notice too late (1 month), they couldn't entertain my request. What difference does a month make? Damaged goods during transit and before delivery are still damaged goods!
They were very unprofessional and disappointing in extending genuine support. You may also have to sign a waiver to any claims of broken things or damages that may occur while transporting your precious goods. I would say this is one cargo company to seriously avoid.
Desired outcome: Some companies promise so much and under-deliver. When problems arise due to their negligence, they make it like it was your fault. Consumers shouldn't have to suffer loss, make time-wasting calls and get blamed in return.
Mis-behaviour of ABC cargo team and Shipment not delivered

Yesterday I got a call from this no. +[protected] saying the Shipment has reached Muscat and to deliver the shipment in Salalah Oman additional 120 AED per box need to be paid, or-else the shipment will be kept hold in the muscat warehouse.
Now Please tell me is this the way of treating the customer after knowing where the shipment has to be delivered and accepting the payment for the agreed amount , Now again asking for an additional amount and threatening saying if additional payment is not done you will not get your shipment.

Shipment delay for 4month
I had send 2 boxes on same day but it became 2 tracking nos. 1. ASHX18118 2nd ASHX17458 which was delayed for 4months. ABC cargo is one of the worst, unprofessional courier company in whole of Middle East.
My humble request is to be very careful if you have to send courier to India especially to District areas or near by places Metro city. There was no information or update for 2months. I would take this to labour court and teach them a big lesson for not being a good courier company for trust worthy customers.
Desired outcome: No calls attended and no mails respond to resolve my issues.
Third class service
They promise me for 20-22 days n now it’s 65 days they took extra money And said it will b delivered And I told them let it take 1 month I’ll pay accordingly n the guy was no sir send urgent 20-22 days it will reach They I buyer chocolates and food staff at the same time n packed it now These guys are just playing saying custom is cleared it will reach in 2 days then again custom is not clear it will take more 3 days pathetic service

I have this TV being packed and charged AED1000 (though it is old TV) under Sea Express cargo category on 24-Apr-2022. I was told I will receive this shipment within 20-25 days but it is already more than 52 days but I have not received it yet. Online tracking is not updated at all. There is no clear update on whatsapp as well as when I called to their office from India. Only answer I got is 'under custom clearance' and same answer every day and every time. Complaint for damaging items in cargo.
On 19/10/2021 , I sent a cargo containing household and personal goods from Al Ain( Abu Dhabi) to the UK through ABC Cargo. I was shocked to have received my items in damaged form, most of the items were badly damaged. My bag which I couriered to India
Good Afternoon,
I have couriered my purple color bag to India on 22nd November, 2021 Tracking number: AMZK26702. I was being told it will reach to India in maximum 20-25 days. Its still stuck for clearance in India since 28th December. I tried to contact the agency on whatsaap and there has been no reply from them. I would really appreciate if I can get a further follow up on bag as to why is it taking this long for the clearance.

Here I'm inform you that for buying that item I gone sharjah from kalba two or three times.

Lose of a parcel
Hi have been waiting since a parcel was lost 25th August for ZEN desk to refund me I have filled in requested forms countless information sent & still no joy. I have been refunded for goods by Amazon UK to whom the parcel should have been delivered, so all I have been fighting for is £24 charge for non delivery of parcel & £80 which was taken for possible customs charges. I do hope you can finally resolve this matter FRGB011948995 please do not pass this to ZENDESK as they are a waste of time, all I am asking for is money I laid out for nothing which is a breach of contract. Delay for more than 9 months
Never go for ABC cargo services. I have send my cargo in December 2020 from Dubai to Kerala. it's been the 10 th month and still I didn't received the goods. Every month they are telling it will be delivered in this month or next month and the same lie continuing still.
Cargo not received
ABC cargo is fraud. I had send my cargo in Dec 2020 now 10 months past I hav not received my cargo. Even whn I call the employees there do not talk properly. They don't even care. Very month I call n I get same reply that cargo will come next month. Neither they call or update about cargo. Personally I have informed my family n friends. Be aware of ABC cargo n do not send cargo from ABC cargo. Bad experience.

Non delivery of goods from 2019
Dear concerns, Shipment collected from Ajman year 2019 still not delivered every time they will give different reasons blaming Indian customs.
This is not 1st more than 1lac case still live from all part of world, From USA, from Saudi from UAE.. Please take action such cheaters.. I send my daughters prized medals, things can get back this can't be.

Air Cargo to Kerala
It's been an year, i didn't get my consignments yet. The reason for the delay is customs clearance. Since January 2021 they are giving the same reply, ‘ It will be delivered by next month'. Also, they are giving an assurance that all items have insurance and the defective item will be refunded. If this is the case, then how can we believe on the insurance part of it.
Tracking records also not up to date, the last update was on February 21.
Only eye catching advertisements, but the quality of service is zero.

We have given our products to abc cargo service to parcel to india from saudi Arabia on November 2020 and today its September 2021 untill now not received.every time we call the cargo persons in ksa they are saying it will come next month bt untill now not received almost none months finished.very very bad experience with the service.
